I heard about this product from a friend, who spent the night at his brother-in-laws for a family party. They strapped this product on him and let him try it for about 30 minutes....When I heard this, I remembered stories about the Bruce Lee using something like this back in the day to tone and condition his abs...So, I started some research and liked how this product compared to its competition. The price was high enough to satisfy me of its quality, and low enough to give it a try. Setup was easy, and the quality and craftmanship of the belt and controller is actually solid. I like how the battery charges and how it easily clicks into the belt. I'm amazed at the power (electronic stimulation) it provides, while using very little of the battery charge, I charge it once a week, even though the battery indicator shows its nearly fully charged. I must admit I jumped right in, after the first week I started challenging myself to much higher levels and walking around, and stretching my abs for an even better workout. I found that even after a couple weeks my abs were more engaged throughout the day, a clear sign the product works. This unit has 150 levels of intensity, and can definately deliver a "gut punch". I increase it throughout the program (I like #7 the best), and I'm still not close to the 150 level, which far exceeded my expectations, good to see I have alot of room to improve (and gives me a sense of good product value). Overall, I've been very impressed. I bought 2 more for gifts, with strong positive feedback on both. sticky pads are still sticky, no real complaints. Watching my abs get more defined...
