I do notice a bit more steadiness in my focus through the first half of the day, not a big surge, but more of a gentle lift that keeps me from feeling sluggish. The mix of methylated B6 and B12 is familiar to me; I’ve taken similar vitamins before, and this blend seems to be of decent quality. The packaging feels clean and professional, and sixty capsules for two months of use seems fair for the price. Toward late afternoon I still get some natural fatigue, but I didn’t experience any crash or jitteriness either. I also like that it’s vegan and gluten free, which fits my diet. My only wish is that the boost lasted a bit longer into the evening, otherwise it’s a smooth, mild supplement that does what it claims in a modest way.

It give any energy a cup of coffee hits the spot better than this supplement but they effects us all differently.
