Heavy , sharp and good quality knife

Sharpness goes away so please stay away....
This is not a first time I am using a knife. I have a fair expectation that it will last long. The problem is this German Steel (as mentioned) can't withstand daily kitchen uses and you have to sharpen this knife twice a week to ensure it cuts smooth. Don't know what kind of german steel they are using, but I have serrated edged knife from prestige, victorinox which is still sharp after a decade of use. By the way, we do use chopping board, not done on granite slabs if you are thinking of this just in case. Stay away and save your money and time.

Stability
Good product very stable. Sharpness a little bit less with time but for kitchen purposes and for daily use to cut vegetables and all its good.
