Great product
Tastes is fine. The tablets work quickly to help with stomach issues: gas, fullness, nausea. Have been purchasing for over one year and will continue to do so. Don’t leave home without some Bianacid. All natural.

Awful
Within a hour of taking one tablet, I had acute stomach cramps and I felt sick. This went on for hours duronhbtbe night and I was still unwell the next day. Did nothing to ease my heartburn either and just left me with a bitter taste in my mouth. I cannot recommend these at all I am afraid.

Very similar to Gaviscon Double Action
Delivery was much faster than advertised, via Evri Next Day. There are no English instructions enclosed with the shipment, the packaging is entirely in Polish. For those who need it, the English description can be found online on the NeoBianacid website. The reason I decided to write this review is because I have seen other reviews praising the fact that this product is "all natural" or somehow better than commercial antacids. Those who worry about the long-term side effects of taking commercial antacids and are looking for an alternative should pay attention to the ingredients of this product. Bianacid Ingredients are: - Limestone (source of calcium carbonate) and Nahcolite (source of sodium bicarbonate a.k.a. baking soda) - neutralise stomach acid - polysaccharides, flavonoid fraction (protect the mucosa) To me, this product feels very similar to Gaviscon Double Action. The active ingredients in Gaviscon Double Action are Sodium alginate (plays the role of protecting the mucosa), Sodium bicarbonate and Calcium carbonate (neutralise the stomach acid). In other words, this is how the two products compare: Bianacid vs Gaviscon Double Action: Limestone = calcium carbonate Nahcolite = sodium bicarbonate polysaccharides and flavonoid fraction ~= sodium alginate Given that Bianacid are essentially antacids with added mucosa protection ingredients, long-term taking of Bianacid 4 times a day or more frequently, as per the instructions provided, without any warnings about the potential side effects feels a bit too lax and gives a false sense of safety. I have no vested interests in any of the products in this review, I just like to help people make an informed decision.

I used to buy this product when I lived in Spain and now pleased to have found it on Amazon. Please read the Product Description to understand what it is and how it works. An excellent product that really works quickly. I have had stomach issues on and off for a few years now and this settles my stomach very quickly.

VERY HELPFUL!!
I am Italian and have known this brand for decades. For months I have been suffering from gastritis and gastroesophageal reflux, the doctor has prescribed me various medicines, all useless or that I do not tolerate. This product in a few days worked so well that I have already reduced the tablets. The effect is immediate and lasting. This brand is one of the best in Italy, and I am very happy to be able to buy it in the UK.

Il m'arrive d'être obligée de prendre des anti inflamatoires assez costauds pour problème de lombalgie. En même temps je dois avaler du pantoprazole pour éviter des douleurs estomacales très violentes. J'ai pris l'anti inflammatoire et à la place du pantoprazole, j'ai pris un de ces comprimés. Et bien, impeccable aucune douleur. Je suis vraiment contente car je ne suis plus obligée d'avaler 2 médicaments en même temps. La 1ere fois que j'avais avalé l'anti inflammatoire, j'avais oublié le pantoprazole. J'ai eu de violentes douleurs à l'estomac, à me tordre... par la suite, je faisais attention de bien prendre les 2 médicaments. Maintenant adieu le pantoprazole !!!

Le produit semble intéressant et naturel Cependant, je trouve regrettable que l'emballage ainsi que la notice ne soient pas en français et que le revendeur ne propose aucune traduction
