This is amazing! I use "caffeine free" chai mix in different ways. I have used it alone in hot water, I brewed a cup of nettle tea and added a couple tsp of powder mix to that tea. I have used it in other tea as well. Its texture is not gritty at all. It is creamy. I have used my milk frother. I have also taken a 1/4 cup and added to my sugar cookie recipe which made a lovely light chai cookie for a special little treat to go with tea or coffee. The value for this item is very good. Just be creative and enjoy!

We have enjoyed Big Train Chai since the 1990's and have always been pleased to find new spots that had these drinks. It is the perfecct mix of creamy, sweet, and chai-y. It is definitely NOT one of the very peppery, over-spiced chai mixes. Over the years, I've become lactose intolerant and don't drink caffeine anymore, so it got harder to enjoy this tasty drink out in the coffee shops. After looking online, I have been more than elated to be able to have a big ol' bag of Big Train Chai in decaf at home for anytime it sounds good. I mix it with some warmed up almond or oat milk and it's great for cold evenings, or to take to work for a warm morning treat. If you like sweetened chai, this is the drink for you!!
