I love this footrest and am very happy with it. I bought this footrest a year and a half ago and then one day it broke. I'm not sure what happened, just flipped it the wrong way and some plastic underneath broke. I wrote to the seller to replace it and they got right back to me. They asked me to send the old one, however I explained I had already thrown it away but told them what happened and they replaced it based on my word. I really appreciated the great customer service. In between I actually bought a different footrest thinking I might like a soft one instead. However, the soft one was too low. Also, the soft material wasn't as stable for helping my proper posture. I'm a full-time nursing student so I am at my desk ALL the time. I'm also an aging athlete and runner so I am super conscious about proper form while sitting. What I love most about this foot rest is that it's adjustable. My desk sits up on a high so this foot rest can be adjusted so that I can be ergonomically comfortable and my feet can sit on it as if they are on the floor. I can make it exactly the right height. Most are too shallow/short. I also like the rolling ball feature for a foot massage. I searched around and didn't see anything else as anything close to the height and adjustability as this one. I am very happy with both this original purchase and the sellers accommodation in replacing it when it broke.

This is really helping my posture at work. Office furniture is not designed for 5'4" women. If my chair is at the right height to view my computer screen and my arms are at the correct angle, my feet dangle on the ground. This is really helping me be comfortable in my desk chair for long stretches. My only complaint is that the bottom part that is on the ground could be grippier. It slides a little bit on the carpet. Fortunately I can put mine against the side of my desk which corrects this flaw for the most part but I'd recommend putting grippers on the feet if you're on a slick surface. I think one side of Velcro might solve my issue here if I can ever get my act together!

Le repose-pieds est très confortable et les textures de massage sont vraiment agréables, parfaites pour détendre les pieds pendant de longues heures de travail au bureau. La qualité de fabrication semble solide et il est facile à utiliser. Petit bémol : il n’est pas possible de bloquer le repose-pied à un angle fixe, ce qui aurait été pratique pour plus de stabilité selon la position de travail. Malgré cela, je suis satisfait de mon achat et je le recommande à ceux qui veulent un bon confort avec un petit plus massant.

Je l'ai acheté pour ma conjointe qui travaille beaucoup assis a l'ordinateur pour faire ces travaux et elle l'aime vraiment, le fait quelle rehausse ses jambes l'aide a avoir moins mal au hanches et elle aime bien se rouler kes pieds sur le rouleau pour se faire des massage de pieds
