Surprisingly tasty and keeps me feeling energised
I picked up the Humantra Hydration Packets after hearing good things and they’ve really impressed me. The flavours are refreshing without being overly sweet and it actually feels like you’re doing your body some good when you drink them. I started using them after the gym and on long days at work and I definitely notice the difference in energy and focus compared to just drinking plain water. They mix easily with no strange lumps and are very convenient to carry around. I also like knowing they contain a good balance of electrolytes and vitamins which makes them feel cleaner and more purposeful than some other hydration products out there. Overall these are a brilliant option if you want something that tastes nice and helps you stay hydrated throughout a busy day. I’ll definitely be ordering again.

Replacement for fizzy drinks
I’ve tried all the flavours from this brand and would definitely say this is the best of them all (apricot close 2nd). I personally find the powders to be slightly salty with normal water but definitely better than other electrolyte brands. I’ve cut out fizzy drinks so this is my replacement. I have mine with sparkling water and it tastes like sprite/7UP. Highly recommend.

A delicious rip off
Absolutely delicious and makes you feel so much better. I have taken a star off due to the price. I got mine in a sale, full price they are absurdly expensive!

its just okay nothing special
It tastes good as other brands not very salty. I add Himalayan sea salt and each sachet makes up an 8 ounce glass where other brands make up almost double. It’s expensive to use everyday and I do not like subscriptions. I prefer to order as needed and annoyingly pay more.

The must support
I have Humantra every day to support me, I go to a place called Transform Hub, it is a smashing place where you also follow an eating plan with exercise. Humantra has 4 times more Electrolytes, 0g sugar, Vitamin C & B12, Magnesium & Zinc too

This is not for people who are trying to reach ketosis or trying autophagy by fasting. They mention "No sugar" and "No artificial ingredients" but there is definitely something that triggers insulin and pushes the body out of ketosis and fasted state. The term "No sugar" and "No artificial ingredients" is quite misleading here. Total carbs are mentioned >1 gm however one serving itself if just 3.7gms. How much of these carbohydrate is sugar? This is not mentioned anywhere
