I purchased these after fracturing my fifth metatarsal and needing support during recovery—especially when I wasn’t wearing my walking boot, like around the house for short movements. These compression sleeves have worked extremely well. I wear a women’s US size 9.5–10 shoe, and I went with the XXL. When my foot isn’t swollen, they fit perfectly—snug but not too tight. But when swelling flares up, I’m especially glad I chose the XXL. If swelling wasn’t an issue, I could probably wear an XL. They provide great support and stability without feeling restrictive. They help with pressure, swelling, and arch support, and I’ve noticed reduced discomfort during and after wear. The sleeves are well made, easy to slip on, and hold their shape nicely over time. After receiving my first pair, I ended up buying a second pair about a month later, since my recovery period is about three months long. Having two allows me to rotate them out and always have a clean pair ready. I also plan to continue wearing them after I'm released from the walking boot and transition into a firm tennis shoe for extra support. If you’re recovering from a foot injury—especially one like a metatarsal fracture—and need added stability and relief, I highly recommend these. ***A few months later and I am back walking with Hoka tennis shoes. The compression sleeve is still helping because I do 9K+ steps a day and my foot that was broken swells up a lot. The only problem I am noticing is that as time goes on and I hand wash and air dry these, the end piece near my toes curls and rides up. I wont knock a star off, because I have gotten good use out of them but there seems to be an expiration date, so to speak so I may need to discard these and buy new ones. Overall, still very helpful.

I had patiently been awaiting their delivery with my tremendous pain with planter’s fasciitis. I read great reviews and was very hopeful they’ll be of help. Just touching my feet to the ground causes immense pain. From the moment I put them on I felt comfort and the sharp shooting pain lessened. Praying these are the ticket! I may never take them off. I wear a 9-10 and bought the L/XL. They fit so good, like a glove!

I purchased a pair of these several years ago when I had issue with Plantar Fascitis and they helped reduce the pain and swelling and supported my arch to help me work through the healing process and recovery. Recently my wife injured her ankle running and symptoms from a past dog bite reoccurred. I gave her one of the socks that I used and it helped a lot to reduce the swelling while providing relieve from the pain. I ordered her a pair and she wears them on a daily basis. This is a premium quality compression sock, with optimum support functions, but yet comfortable to wear all day. It does not move position during sports or fitness activities. Can be worn alone or under another sock comfortably. Nice to have many color options to choose from!

I purchased these because I do not like the knee high compression socks. These provide a nice, tight fit and provide some support for my ankles, although that's not why I wanted them. Since they are thing I was able to wear them under my regular socks. They did help relieve the edema in by feet and ankles without having to go the knee high route.

Sometimes when I sit too long in the evenings, my ankles and feet swell up. Compression socks help, but they're too warm in the spring and summer. I bought these to try out, on a hunch. I bought one pair of the xl and one of the xxl. I am right on the border of their sizing. They both work great, but I like the xxl slightly better as I have wide feet and the xl were a little tight around the ankle where it meets the foot. Though, I will add that after I wore them once, they weren't as painfully tight the next time. I wash them, but I don't dry them. I just let them hang to dry. I like them so much, and I tried several kinds, that I came back and bought these in a few different colors. These compress enough to keep the swelling at bay, and they're light enough to wear in the 87° with 75% humidity here in Texas.

I purchased these to help support the pain I have on the outside of one of my feet. They arrived very quickly and are a very nice, high-quality product that looks like they would be durable. They are thin, as presented, so wearing them under a pair of sport socks for a workout or riding my horses in paddock boots would be very doable. However, the support on the outside of my foot was minimal. I am returning them because, on my feet, these are so tight around the front of my ankle/top of my foot is painful, leaving stress and pressure red marks after only 10 minutes of wearing them. My feet are lean and a size 6 women's shoe. I don't want to size up because I already know that they won't be tight enough to support the side of my foot [Pain in my 5th Metatarsal]. They may work for you, but not for my foot.

Even though according to their sizing i should've been a xL, I went for the xxL. It's as described. But for me even with the bigger size it was too tight that my toes turned purple. Great product if they fit you. They are worth the price and not too thick. They were comfortable to wear, at first lol. What was nice is the top of the sock didn't dig in, roll down, or bunch up.

Been wearing it for 2 days and the heel is hurting a little less when I walk. Could be the Band-Aid effect feeling like I'm doing something productive so it's helping. It's not too tight it's not too loose just a little loose around the ankle. I could wear it underneath my socks. So far I'm satisfied with the product. ***UPDATE It really does work well for planter fasciitis as long as you keep it on. I feel about zero pain when I'm wearing it just took them off to put them in the wash and I can't wait till they come out.
