I love the sign. It was easy to assemble and had three brightness settings. The only issue I had was not with the company that made the sign, but with company they chose to deliver it, DHL Express. DHL Express was rude, unhelpful and more than a week late with my package. They lied about delivery attempts at my house. (My ring doorbell would have recorded any attempts to deliver. It recorded the mailman and three different Amazon delivery people.) Then, when I asked them to hold it at their local office so I could pick it up, they said ok. When I got there the girl wouldn’t give me the package. She said she was quitting and was closing up and leaving. I went back the next three days and saw a closed sign on the door. I could see the girl through the glass inside ( she even waved to me, but refused to open. I made 15 different trips there from Monday through Friday and got the same greeting every time. I called the toll free number a dozen times and they said there was nothing they could do. They tried calling her inside and I watched through the glass as the girl inside picked up and immediately hung up the phone on her own customer service caller. I finally was able to get inside this morning and the (different) girl at the counter gave me my package. If I order from them again I will make sure they don’t use DHL.
