Blue DiamondCookware Ceramic Nonstick Sauté Pan with Lid, 5QT

Love the size for feeding a few people since it’s a deeper pan. Can function as a casserole pan. The nonstick works well. I love that it can transfer to the oven. Washes up well in the dishwasher while also easily cleaned by hand. The lis seals well. And the two handles makes maneuvering the pan easy.

Very nice, deep, substantial pan and glass lid. Easy to use, non-stick CERAMIC, even heating. I've gotten rid of the few toxic Teflon pans I had and this has been a great replacement, (along with stainless steel). I only use wood or silicone utensils even though the directions say you can use metal. Easy to clean. I wish there was a smaller pan w/lid in the same style. I have the griddle too, which is also very nice. Blue is my favorite color and this is a nice darker blue.

I bought this pan for a more durable saute pan. Little did I pay attention to, was the fact this pan was, what the description read, JUMBO (5 qt) I thought about returning to get a smaller size but after using it several times, ot is now my go to for every meal. It is deep and holds a great amount of food that doesn't spill over the top of the pot. I was worried it wouldn't fit the stove eye but it does, and it has even heat distribution. This pan is versatile in, not only can I cook, side dishes. But I can cook whole meals inside one dish, medium- large sized meat options. You can fry chicken in this pan. It can serve as a baking dish. I also love that it is non-stick as well. Great quality product!

My husband loves to cook now because nothing sticks to these pans. It doesn't matter what we cook; the pans literally wipe out with a paper towel.

This is the best 2qt saucepan I’ve ever owned. It the prefect size for many uses with high sides It’s very sturdy with a nice solid weight. It has a durable non stick finish so you only use oil for flavor. It doesn’t scratch with metal utensils. It’s a good value. I would recommend it to any cook

I've had this pan for a few months now and I love most of it. The interior pan surface distributes heat evenly and is super easy to clean. The only down side to this pan is the way food stains stick to the outer edges and bottom of the pan. And once they are there, they are really hard to remove. I had to get out a Brillo pad this week to scrub them off, because nothing else worked. I use the pan about twice a week. It has no warping and is generally well made.

Excellent cooking pan. Heats thoroughly and evenly. Excellent quality as long as one takes care of it. Definitely recommend.

I’ve only been using blue diamond pans for about five months I have 3 pounds skillet reduction pan or you might call a walk and the roasting pan with lid. So far, I’ve not had any problems with the pants whatsoever. They clean up easily. They’ve been through the dishwasher number of times I can’t begin to tell you how many times it’s never affected them with the luck I’ve had with them. I would recommend blue diamond pans in a heartbeat. 1
