Okay, so I just got this hing powder, and wow, that price seems steep. I'm used to paying way less for hing, but maybe this is some super premium stuff. It's a small container, but a little hing goes a long way, so hopefully it lasts. I'll update this after I've cooked with it a few times. The smell is definitely potent, which is a good sign. Fingers crossed it's worth the extra cash. We'll see how it goes!
