Honestly, if you want the closest thing to corn on the cob, it is this. The corn is tender, not tough and they are so sweet! It is better than any other canned or frozen corn I've ever had. Definitely recommend!

Corn fritters
I tried to make corn fritters like grandma used to make. Simply drain the corn put it in a bowl add three eggs and then add pancake mix or waffle mix until it attaches evenly to the corn with the eggs put into an extremely hot skittle and cook serve with butter and syrup and you have a great breakfast lunch or dinner. It’s also good the second day if you let it sit overnight. Enjoy

Exceptional Flavor And Crispness..Tastes Like Fresh Corn
This is delicious corn. Right out of the can, it tastes like it was just cut off the cob. I love to add this to salsa and different kinds of salads. The other night I sautéed sweet onion and minced fresh garlic until transparent. Then I added drained Del Monte White Corn, drained Hunt's Diced Tomatoes in Natural Juices, and left over white rice. I just cooked it until hot enough to eat. It was SO good. I also use this corn to make Turkey Chili. If you like fresh corn, try it. You won't be disappointed.
