So the colour of the grey one is not the same as the picture. It’s much much brighter which makes it completely different from the rest of my grey coloured furniture. It’s not soft which is good and it seems quite strong but rather uncomfortable as the knit is hurting you as you sit on it. On top of all that you can see one side is quite tightly pleated when the other side is so loose you can easily see the beanbag underneath the knit. Not very happy with the purchase and will most likely return.

Just the right size for what I wanted. It's basically a beanbag ( which I recall having been fashionable alternative furnishing items for young people like me back in the 1970's ) encased within a tight and sturdy string-cotton netting weave that makes up the surrounding outer surface to retain a specific ball shape. It can withstand my 16.5 stone weight when being sat on, and can also fit under my very large coffee table when not needed for it's primary purpose of providing something to rest my feet upon - so I won't be stumbling over it. I bought it on a whim and it turns out to fulfill that whim perfectly.Eamonn

Ordered this a month or so ago and when it arrived I was very happy with it. Great colour (just as it shows) and great quality. Nice sturdy footstool and lovely big knit (just as described). With the first one I had, the inner seemed to have split as white static balls were coming out. I contacted the company, explained the issue and while they were surprised as they haven't had any reports of this issue previously, there was no hassle in sending a replacement. Very efficient and quick. Extremely happy with the service and product. I'd recommend this product.

On the whole, I’m pleased with this purchase. The colour is just as illustrated (I ordered the grey) and it’s very firm, so works equally as a seat, but also really light to move around. The only thing that made me drop it from a 5 star to a 4 star review is that the knitted outer is not quite as dense as I expected and you can see the fabric underneath. It’s a matching colour, so not a problem, but the outer part shifts around a little, so you need to reposition it when you’ve used it.Overall, though, a good value footrest and does the job just as well as some of the expensive pouffes I was looking at.

Perfect! Nearly didn’t go for these due to the negatives, but do glad I did. These are great, and the perfect size for tucking under the chair when not in use, and bringing out when sat down. The colour is a shade darker then scarlet. Just the right height as a footstool for me, but husband likes to put his cushion on top first.

I really like the design of the pouffe and I think it is lovely. However, the ropes are knitted around a thin, poor quality sack filled with polystyrene balls. Despite very little use (pouffe was mostly just decorative), the sack ripped less than two months after I've received it and the balls are now spilling out. This is very disappointing, and I cannot recommend this product.

The value for money you get with this is incredible. These are usually so much more ecoensivr having previously purchased one almost double the price and not half as sturdy as this one! Thick chunky knit which looks really on trend and stylish. Not the most comfiest (to sit on, great to elevate your feet) but to be fair was mainly just for show in the living room anyway, and I’d prefer it to keep its shape than not be full. It’s a definite 10 from me.

Picture and product are not the same - be aware! I have one of these already and it a nice deep grey so ordered another to match. What turned up is a very pale grey colour, with 'bits' in it so it looks specaled/recycled materials. It looks nothing like the image on the screen nor the image on the card label on the packaging. Emailed to complain to be told i could return it for a refund at my expense - total joke. Poor trader/product. Do not buy.
