ORGANIC INDIA Tulsi Sleep 25 Tea Bags

Tastes great and while calling it "sleep" tea is a bit of an exaggeration, I think it is very restful. Pure chamomile is a better bet just before bed, but if you don't like that flavour, this is not a bad choice either. The sleep tea is restful, and I'm ending most days with a glass of it in my hand.

As soon as it was delivered, the aroma just won me over. Now, the instructions ask you to steep for 15 mins. I usually leave it for around 30 mins. It scores big on the taste scale too. Well, the tea doesn't induce sleep but it gives you a restful sleep and a fresh morning. Highly recommend.

The tea itself tastes real nice, similar to other Organic India tea flavours. I mix my Tulsi teas with honey, I love the taste. That being said, we didn't notice a lot of difference in the quality of sleep after drinking this tea. Also, the packet has been lying around mostly unused. We are not used to drinking tea before going to sleep and now this packet got relegated to the back of the cupboard. Maybe we'll remember some day, drink it, and forget about it again until next time. I hope it doesn't reach its expiry date by then.

I am having it to reduce my tension. It's really relaxing. But it will not induce sleep immediately. Actually you will fill that your nerves are being relaxed.

I ordered it for my better half as he had been having difficulty sleeping for many weeks. One cup of this tea and he slept peacefully and woke up fresh. Didn't expect it to work so soon bit it did.

I made an order for Tulsi Sleep and received a Tulsi Cleanse box, which i do not require. Totally unhappy as it is not eligible for RETURN also. Delivering the ordered item is of utmost importance, if not at least returns should be accepted.

It truly does help you fall asleep but you don’t feel groggy in the morning.

This is a wonderful relaxing tea! So pleased to have found it! Without the downsides associated with long term use of strong Valerian tea if you are going through a stressful time in life. Would highly recommend as an aid for soothing and relaxing mind and body.

I love this tea. It helps me sleep. I can't take valerian or passion flower this is one sleepy tea that doesn't contain those ingredients. It has holy basil and it works amazing for me.
