Adjustable no Tail Eyeglasses and Sunglasses Holder Strap Cord, Eyeglass Retainer (40cm/15.8inch)

After having perfect vision my whole life, I am now in that stage of my life that requires reading glasses for anything less than arm's length. I have readers all over the house but still seem to be without a pair when I need them. I have tried several styles of straps to hold my glasses and so far these are my favorite. The cloth ones work fine but during the Texas heat, they get too sweaty. These are nice and light and will not absorb sweat when working outside. Hopefully, they last a while. If they do not then I will be back to adjust my review.Summary of what I have tried.ThinOptics: Awesome! I keep them in my pocket at all times but you have to pull them out of your pocket and they are not comfortable to wear for very long.Clic Readers: Nice quality glasses but I ordered the original and they were just a little too narrow for my neck. They fit my head fine but I am somewhat of a gym rat with a larger than normal neck and they fit too tight.Cloth Straps: They work fine but have to be washed regularly if you are out in the heat much.These Straps: So far they work great.

I do a lot of precision craft work, and need to wear reading glasses when I need magnification. The problem is that the glasses I have tend to fall of when I'm leaning over to do some precision drilling. This cord is comfortable & easy to adjust even when you're wearing the glasses! The elastic eyeglass cords that stretch but are solid require that you take the glasses off first in order to adjust the length. Added bonuses are the curved eyeglass tips that I assume allow you to keep the glasses tight without using the cord, and the special lint-free cloth.

These are light weight, adjust well, the adjustment stays in place, and they are comfortable to wear. I bought these to use for bending over while working (I do not wear them all the time) so my prescription glasses do not fall off. There is no stretchy material like other straps which makes them extremely comfortable because nothing is pulling the glasses too tight to your face. The rubber ends of the strap go onto and off of the glasses earpiece without trouble, but do stay in place once they are on. One other thing, they do not show much when you are wearing them.

I own to wire rim/handle glasses .. if fits neither one .. to be clear1 15.6 inches barely gets over my head as one commentator notes must be for a child!!2 more importantly this will fit a regular plastic handle glasses though that has to be the right size otherwise will not be able to place it in the holder if it is wide .. barely hold my wire glasses..

These are pretty good and get the job done once you get the hang of it. At first I have the bends facing downwards so the string would be on my neck. But after some trial and error and with my wife's help, we figured out the bends are supposed to face upwards and the string should wrap around your head, not neck. They hold lose glasses on the face without falling. My glasses tend to fall off when I look down specially since it's getting hotter and the sweat makes the glasses slip off. But this is just the solution.

Finally a great solution that replaces the old style eyeglass retainer/strap. This one eliminates the annoyance of a strap hanging down your neck when you are wearing your glasses. The metal cord is plastic covered and looks like it will last a long time. To remove pull on the cords near the ends and the wire will slip open so the glasses can hang on your chest until needed. To adjust strap pull on the "beads " to shorten the straps tight against the back of your head. I love the ways these work. They have rubber connectors at each end to easily attach to your glasses. I highly recommend this item

This is one of the best product I've ever purchased for eyeglasses and sunglasses. It comes with four different ways to adjust to your glasses and I like each one. It was a great bargain for the price as well

Hoped to use to avoid losing an off-brand of wireless earbuds. A bit too narrow on the ends and covered up some of the controls. Saving up to buy the $250 Apple wireless earbuds with a design that fir the ear much better and stays in place more securely with less risk of loss.
