The fan worked for a few months and then the remote did not work unless you brought it very near to the panel. I called customer care. They came late and then said that the problem was with the remote(not the board as I thought) and that I have to buy a new one(not covered in warranty). They said they did not have stock and that they will get back to me when they have it, which they didn't. Then new problems started. The fan would start and stop, oscillate, increase and decrease speed automatically. I called them again and they came late again, but agreed that the problem is with the board, but that there was no stock and postponed it again for many days. Finally when I called again, they replaced the board and since then, it is working perfectly. The fan has 3 speeds. The wind delivery is good even in the first level. There is noise from the fan(wind noise), but I prefer to have noise as that will block other sounds. 1st speed 50dB 2nd speed 55dB 3rd speed 60dB The remote is very good and will work even at a long distance and at any angle(as long as there is line of sight.) I fully recommend it, but make sure it is working properly.

The fan has good performance and gives strong airflow. It runs smoothly with very little noise. The remote is very useful and makes it easy to control speed and settings. Overall, happy with it.

Package was sealed - both Amazon and Product box. Unpacking and assembly was easy. They provide all necessary screws and holder. Remote is easy to operate once you understand. The only downside I see is that the blades are plastic, and may bend or break while cleaning.

I’ve been using the Orient Wall-49 fan for almost a year now, and it worked fine only for the first 6–7 months. After that, the speed dropped badly, noise increased, and now it has completely stopped working. I’ve raised multiple complaints, and even after several technician visits, the issue remains the same. The technician was polite and tried his best, but clearly the product quality and company support are very poor. For ₹2700–3000, this fan is absolutely not worth it. You’re better off buying another brand or a good ceiling fan instead of wasting your money on this model. Extremely disappointed with Orient — expected better durability and service support. It is better to invest in ceiling fan , If wall fan is must Then I would say try any other better brand than this one.

It is really an awesome product. Energy efficiency, good color, size, performance and value for money is also so good.

My return window closed on 15th May and the first issue started to appear from yesterday. The fan was not responding to the remote and no functions were working. As if like the fan has hanged. 😅 Worked back again after a simple on/off but the issue is persistent and nagging. I think the problem is with the remote and not the fan itself. The fan itself is good enough for the price but the remote looks and feels cheap. May be that's where they're cutting the cost or making a pathway for continuous revenue. Since this fan is dependent on remote, it's serious that it must work. The fan is not exactly silent but tolerable noise at high speed and comfortable noise at low. Breeze mode is a gimmick and doesn't really matter. Oscillation is good but the head shakes a little when it moves which is concerning. This is not premium fan, this is not a cheap fan. It's just enough for your requirement in this category.
