Necessary addition to any low carb plan
Easy to use and appear to be accurate. These strips are a great for a low carb or Keto diet. Not only do they show ketones but they tell you if you are dehydrated. Low carb diets can dehydrate you and dehydration leads to many of the negative symptoms that cause you to give up....Keto flu, hair loss, etc. If you are dehydrated the protein and specific gravity will show as positive on this test. This allows you to keep your hydration in balance.

True colors
Have just started using but the colors of test strips seem to be true to the chart, unlike some less expensive strips I have used in the past.

Quick delivery. Product does as it should. Ketone section more difficult to read. I’m going to order a separate bottle just for ketones
