Producr Differentiation
Your snares are extremely well made and well worth the cost for someone who traps on a regular basis. However, I purchased your product for addition to my wilderness emergency survival kit. The anchor end of your traps have a sturdy but excessively heavy anchor loop. To make them light enough to put in an emergency kit, I had to cut off your formed anchor loop off and make a more simple wire loop type attachment. I recommend that you add a version to your line of snares that has a simple loop with a compression joining connector to minimize the weight.

Such A Great Item
These snares are great! They’re durable and very easy to setup. I’ve been able to nearly eliminate entirely the rabbit problem I had in my backyard. I strategically placed them in high traffic areas and caught rabbit after rabbit, until they finally stopped rampaging through my yard. I highly recommend these easy to use snares for anyone with a small animal issue or for people who just enjoy hunting.

Useless device.
I thought that the loops are equipped with a device / stopper that prevents the stranglehold from returning and releasing the tightened loop, however, this is not the case. If the rabbit gets into the loop and foolishly tightens it, the loop may loosen freely releasing the rabbit. Of the 12 loops enforced for a week, only one was budged, that is, there was some contact with the rabbit possibly, the loop became even a little denser, but the rabbit was not there. But the evidences of rabbits visits like theyr crap are present. Dry residue: these loops can be useful only if you catch a rabbit somehow and hang it yourself.

Good constuction, concern about loop stability and holding ability
Update: I've used all 12 for my application and am unimpressed. Loops do not hold, not much length, does not lock well, ground critters escape or evade. Would not recommend for my use as compared to other snares used.Previous:I've just received and not been able to use yet, so these are just initial impressions.Pros: Nice length (maybe a bit short), thin diameter wire, good materials and constructionPotential cons: loops do not hold easily, loops do not appear to lock when tightened as well as my previous snares.I may update this review after use ...

Worth every penny
These snares are built well. I got them because of a ground squirrel problem. They are smart little critters. I set out 8 snares and I was hoping they would get some squirrels fast. Ive had a little learning curve getting these to sit correctly. Have to reset them often as squirrels push or knock them down. After a few days I finally got one!

Lightweight but strong enough to snare a meal in an emergency.
I have a variety of these snares that I spread out between my kids, grandkids and myself for our survival kits to take with us when we backpack, hike, camp, go fishing etc. These snares fall under the "practice and know how to set up properly but hopefully we will never need them" Category.

They work on groundhogs perfectly!
Awesome snares! I have a groundhog infestation trying to devour my garden all the time and needed a better way to dispatch them, these work perfect! I placed them around the parameter of the beds they were going after and 2 days later they delivered!I ordered more because once ya snare a large groundhog they get pretty twisted up so they are pretty much single use but well worth it for the price! Thanks again! :)

Great quality
My idiot neighbor has shot all the foxes and now we have a rabbit problem. Been setting these on a fence row trail and hooking up every day for a month.

Waste of money. Do not buy it
I wouldn't not recommend to buy these snares. Such a waste. Wire is too heavy to hang it from somewhere. It was designed to catch a thing and lock it and do not let it escape. The lock is bad and doesn't work how it suppose to work. Rabbit escaped several times from this snare. I've got a picture where the rabbit escaped the loop and then sat in it for a while. I'm going to make snare from a wire and see if I can return these ones.

works well but only can use once
works well but does not return to shape. Difficult to use for a second time. Have tried different methods but no success in shaping the wire back to useable condition.
