Too big for Bigfoot
These inserts are HUGE! I don't think they are for women's shoes at all! I wear a 9 or 9.5 and I have wide feet, my brothers call me Bigfoot, and these will not fit into my shoes. You can cut them down, there's a guide on the bottom of the insert, but to get them to fit in my shoes, I'd have to cut down to the 6-7 line and even then the insert was too wide and bulky to go in my shoe. So, buyer beware...if this Bigfoot says this insert is too big, it's probably too big. p.s. thanks Amazon for the super easy and painless return/refund! Amazon is AWESOME!

Worked great!
I had neuromas that were so fired up & painful I literally was bed ridden for 4 days straight because I couldn't bare to walk on my feet. I was seeing a podiatrist, that had to custom me an insert for my shoes, but it wasn't in yet. Over spring break , I had this hiking trip to the red rocks in Sedona. I ordered these inserts to use since mine weren't in yet. They worked great. We were taking 8-10 mile hikes. & my feet never bothered me once the whole week!

Longer than expected
They were too big to fit in my boots (size 10 womens), so i had to literally cut them down to size.Comfortable though
