I love brutfuners and use them al the time even though I have prismas and polys. This sets lead does seem harder than the smaller sets so don’t buy them if you like soft pencils. They lay down colour well and blend beautifully and with 520 pencils there’s a very big colour choice. I was looking at these for £115 and just could not make myself buy them at the full price even though there is 520 pencils in the set the price just seemed too steep when you can buy a 260 set for about £35 but in the end a discount popped up and I got them for £67. This to me is a more realistic price for these pencils taking into account they are a budget pencil. Yes it is lovely to have 520 pencils to choose from but it is a little intimidating to and I decided not to officially swatch them I just don’t want to commit so much time so I can’t really comment whether there are are a lot of colours that are very close but from my use of them so far I suspect there is.

Wow, wow, wow,- I'm so excited about these pencils. They arrived earlier than I excepted, which was a bonus. I tried some of them out to see what they're like. They're lovely and smooth, and build the layers brilliantly, and quickly. I'm new to colouring, only been doing it about a year, and wish I'd seen these pencils, when I bought the ones I have now. They were what I thought I wanted, and they were great. Then I found these, and I can't believe the difference!! If you're thinking about buying pencils, you won't be disappointed. And with 160 shades, if you can't find the colour you want, then you're just too blooming picky!! 🙂

Well what a amazing bundle you get the colour books are great and the pencils are wonderful I love the Matalic pencils they are amazing. My son and I are going to enjoy using these . Colours of the pencils are so true when on the paper and you don't have to press hard with them so you don't use much of the lead

As a novice colouring artist, that hasn't coloured since a child, 45 years+ later, I decide to try my hand at colouring. I am impressed with these pencils, as I have bought several, brands in the past, that have been totally useless. These have a nice feel, not scratchy, and haven't broken on use. I include pictures to show off some of the great array of beautiful colours available, including a range of metallic pencils in the 160 box set

I am apsolutly delighted with these pencils they create a beautiful finish and the range of colours is just fantastic! Blend beautifully and are comfy to hold. They come with a chart that you can test the pencils to create your own colour chart/guide and also 4 mini coloring books! Brilliant value for money will definitely be ordering again!

These are lovely pigmented and smooth pencils. The colours are vibrant and do blend well. The only thing I have found is that when blending it only takes 4 maybe 5 lightish layers for them to stop taking anymore colour. I would still highly recommend these pencils, but if drawing hyper realistic is your thing, then be aware of that.

I was highly impressed with the pencils however I'm finding quite a few of them the leads in them seem to be broken like they've been dropped so I'm sharpening them and straight away they just pull out broken again and again. I would like another set of possible to replace these

Ive nlt opened these pemcils yet. It's the biggest single set that I have. I have friends that love them. For the price they are, worth a try!
