One month after use review of the chair.
Nice office chair got it for around 8000 on great Indian festival with SBI card offer. Perfect for office work I ordered it for my father. Leather and material is good. The arm rest could also been made of metal that is the only con for this model. I saw few reviews saying knee and back pain i think they are using it to work on pc this is a chair not suitable as a PC chair or gaming chair. I have ordered a gaming chair from the same brand for gaming and my pc work purpose. Irecommend PC intensive users to go for that. As the name says it is perfect for office where people usually sit for 2-3hrs max at once. Comes with 3 parts very easy to install and the service team is very responsive. Hope they continue like this.

Good Chair
Product was received in good packaging. Was as described and shown in picture. Comfortable and rich appearance. After sales service is also reaponsive. Locking in any position is innovative feature of the design.

Great Grand Experience
I have been an Amazon customer from the day it started its India Operations and my average monthly spends are in excess of 50K. I'm very glad to mention here that I have never come across such a professional company before and on that account I must say Hats Off to Green Soul. Their service is world class and too prompt. Their follow up on whatsapp and Tele calling is excellent. Packing is fantastic. The item is full value for money. The chair is stylish as well as comfortable. However, the lower back support is a negative point. That part of the chair design is a bit faulty. Overall a great grand experience.

Good, value for money
Really nice chair!! Bought it for home office and I love it. It comes in 3 separate parts but can be asembled easily. Eventhough an installation service is available, I didn't have to take their help. I did it myself.Pros: comfortable backrest, good cushioning, ssolid build.Cons: Even though the tilt lock will lock it in any position, it can slowly slip to straight position if you give too much pressure on the seat.Overall, good product, would be better if the tilt lock had a stronger hold.

The wheel assembly is extremely poor, and replacement also is same quality.
