A little tricky to put on but stretches and fits around the penis shaft and scrotum quite well. You can adjust it slightly for a better position/angle and a better effect/look if you want. Must admit it does feel quite good and gives a much better profile in swim pants, cycle shorts etc a few others have mentioned how big I look! My scrotum is quite small but this makes it firmer and raises the angle of it, so it's much more evident to others and under clothes.

Not a lot of cop, really. The cock ring part is WAY too small for me and the ball sack ring is WAY to big. What do they expect, my ball are back behind my anus? Or is it that they think a modest cock size goes with huge swinging brass balls? Pretty useless really - maybe the cock ring will stretch a bit with a bit of hot water and pulling (on the ring, not on me!)... but the ball sack ring will always be far to loose. Answer - cut it off and hope the cock ring expands a bit.

I found this Enhancer to do exactly what it is described to do. The fit was tight around my girth, but not so tight as to be uncomortable. Also the additional support for the sroctum was quite effective and stimulating as it also fit tight and helped to increase the stimulation. The nubs seemed to do well for my partner as she felt them. Ahtough the ring was tight at first it was not too tight to be uncomfortable. Those who can wear it would definitely experience pleasurable stimulation.
