Michael Todd Beauty – Soniclear Petite – Facial Cleansing Brush System – 3-Speed Powered Exfoliating Face Brush

This device is hermetically-sealed and is charges with it's unique charging stand. No changing batteries. Had a prior and/or similar item that took batteries and the inside got really messy and gunky, where the batteries leaked, and the springs got rusty. This is nicer by miles and its relaxing and refreshing. I feel cleaner and beautiful.

Once my Clarisonic gave out after a solid 2 plus years and they are no longer in business. I decided to give this company a try. Michael Todd's quality and customer service is no where near as good as Clarisonic was. I bought several Michael Todd Soniclear devices ( Soniclear Elite and Petite) for my self and as gifts for family during the holiday season Dec. 2020. All unit failed to work in less than 3 - 4 months of use. I reached out to customer service which is solely by email. You will then get a email reply within 24-48 hours from a rep that will try to trouble shoot the device. Be prepared to spend lots of time in replying back and forth, submitting pictures, and video clips before they agree to accept your device for inspection. In fact I am still trying to get one device replaced and i have over 1 month of emails going back and forth. Whatever you do I hope you do not get customer service rep: Melissa P from Michael Todd she has been unreasonable, and not helpful. Wait that's not all...on top of all the emails you then have to pay to ship your own device to them. Depending how busy quality control/inspection dept is (which i am sure they are with all defective products that they put out) can take anywhere from 2 weeks to months. Once they receive your device they will test it to see if the device is defective or not. If it is not defective they will mail yours back ,if it is defective they will mail you a "NEW" device. Once i received my new Soniclear Petite device which took 3 weeks to reach me (which does not include the time that it took in emailing, and having the quality control/inspection dept look at your current device) all in all...the end result was once again i received a defective device. This one does not even turn on or charge!!! It keeps getting worse and worse. Whatever cheap battery that they are installing in these units is a complete joke! THIS WILL BE GOING ON TO MY 3RD SONICLEAR PETITE REPLACEMENT.So Please do NOT waste your time, money and energy in their products; THEY ARE POORLY MADE not to mention their customer service is unprofessional, and rude. Companies like this should not exist when they are selling so called "award winning beauty devices".... you now know as well as I do that, that is not true!!

This is a very decent skin brush. Skin brushing removes dead skins cells and leaves your skin feeling soft and smooth without having to use the harsh chemicals found in exfoliators.I am not new to skin brushing; this has been a part of my daily routine for quite awhile. This is, however, the first powered one that I have used.Compared to a manual brush, I like the gentle circular motion of this brush. It is smooth and relaxing. There are three different levels, so you can pick what is right for you. It is timed, so you cover each part of your face equally.The head that is included is very soft, so it should be fine even for delicate skin. I am used to a little firmer brush, but this seems to do a nice job anyways.The reason for the four stars is the charger. It just is not a very good design. The cord does not fit in the grove on the bottom of the base, so it is very wobbly. This means that quite often the magnet charging piece comes loose, and your brush doesn't charge. Also, the AC adapter is not included, just the USB plug. It has to be charged overnight before the first use, but holds its charge for a long time after that. With daily use I have only needed to charge it every few weeks.Overall this is a nice product, I just wish the charger/base worked a little better.

I use this cleansing brush every night to deep clean my skin. It prevents breakouts and removes all of the makeup from my pores.

This was my second one (my mom gave me the first as a Christmas gift). The first lasted several years until I dropped it in the shower. I had to immediately replace it. This makes my skin glow and is very versatile with several different types of scrubber attachments.

I have been using this for over a month now. As many others my Clarisonic stopped working after years of use and I was looking for replacement. So far so good with this brush. I charged it fully when received and haven’t needed to recharge yet after using daily for over a month. I don’t like the bulky charger, so I store it out if my way till I need to use it. The brush itself is weighted heavy and when laid on my counter it rolls to one side so be careful to put a small towel under and not near the edge of your counter or it will probably fall to the ground. The brush itself cleanser well. I like that it has several different spreads and seems to clean as well as my Clarisonic. I’m really hoping this tool has a long life span as the Clarisonic. The price us high and therefore looking and will hopefully get at least a few years out of it. I’m happy so far with its performance and the results.
