- These cupcake toppers need cutting, which is easy and lots of fun when baking and crafting.
- You will receive a sheet of thick edible wafer card (not thin wafer paper). On this sheet there will be 18 x legs and hats (9 x hats and 9 x pairs of legs each measuring 4cm in height). Once they've been cut you assemble them onto your cupcakes. Full instructions are provided.
