Incredible Results Within a Week!
I’ve been using the Taview Occlusion Bands for my biceps, and I’m genuinely impressed. The pump you get during each session is on another level — tight, full, and exactly what you want during blood-flow-restriction training. What surprised me the most is how quickly I started seeing results. Within just one week, I noticed a clear difference in size, definition, and endurance. The bands are comfortable, easy to adjust, and stay in place even through tough sets. If you’re looking to intensify your workouts and see real improvements fast, these bands are absolutely worth it. One of the best fitness purchases I’ve made in a long time.

Highly Recommend
I have been lifting for a few years .My friend was talking about the benefits of occlusion training and let me try Taview brand Wraps , it caught my interest since I have also seen videos from other people in the fitness community like Jeff Cavaliere from Athlean-X. Two big people I follow have both spoke about this style of training so I decided to try it for myself. I loved the pump I got when doing bicep lift with these. They allowed me to use a lighter weight but still get the same hypertrophy benefits of using a much heavier weight. The quality is great they feel comfortable and I have no issues while wearing them.

Good for LARGE arms
They work great but are really meant for men with big arms. Women should look for a smaller bands because the hassle to tighten them with all the extra band hanging down is a time waste. The quality is good and again, it's just the size I have an issue with.

Exactly what I needed
Great way to amp up your arm or leg workouts! Work exactly as described.

Exactly as advertised
Excellent quality, excellent material lengths. Elastic to prevent vein injury and excessive pressures. A little tricky to pull taut on the arms but nothing a little elbow grease doesn't fix--they only need to be tight enough to get a small juicing of the veins which is not very tight at all, basically perfect. Also can be worn discreetly under clothing if you keep the tension light (for safety) for an all-day effect. Awesome product, awesome price.

BFR is good, but this design did hot work for me.
I only got as far as the arm bands...I did not try the leg bands after my experience with these. 4.5 stars so far for BFR in general....3 stars for the bands themselves based on my review below. I have been lifting since 1974 and always looking for new equipment and angles to keep workouts interesting. The science behind BFR seemed logical so I researched and shopped around to land on these. The bottom line is that although I could feel a pump, these were just a frustrating design and I had to keep readjusting them. The rubber label they have sown into the strap is at exactly the wrong place when trying to secure excess length. The piece to hold the excess length is about useless. Sorry, I found the whole design to be problematic taking time away from my workout. Trying to adjust this system with one hand, keep it even, and the fact they would not really stay in place...I returned them. Maybe a different set would work better as far as eliminating all the fiddling required. This did not seem to simply be a matter of a learning curve. Maybe your experience will differ. UPDATE 1: The next day I did feel a good type of soreness in my biceps even though I was using very lite weights. / high reps So, BFR is the real deal....the bands did work...but I still cannot go through all the adjustments and setup issues everytime. The different bands arrive today. UPDATE 2: The new bands have a buckle, are 2 inches wide, thicker and better made. I can adjust them much easier. They also had a video link with use and training tips. They are here on Amazon too, called BFR bands Pro.

As Arnold would say "Time to get properly pumped!"
If you've been looking at BFR (blood flow restriction) or occlusion bands, these are actually pretty awesome for that purpose. I've worked out for years, but I'm not a tremendously vascular (externally) body type. This product absolutely changes that for the duration of use and probably about 30-45 minutes post workout. They are a breeze to put on and stay in place pretty well. The width of the "closing clamp" is the only thing that I might consider changing as it seems as if this same ability could be possible with a slightly smaller clamp, but from a fit and function perspective, these are spot on. If you goal is to look like the he-man in the product advertisement, I can assure you that this is only a very small part of that type of physique. This product can help you achieve a great pump in both your arms and legs, but will have a zero effect on your torso. Working out with these is just like you'd normally do, but with lighter weights. If you choose 30-50% of your one rep max and do a set (I personally chose reps of 15-30) to pump up, you'll find these do a pretty amazing job. I did have to re-tighten and adjust a bit to get use to them. You want blood flowing, but restricted, so it's a fine line between "working great" and "I think my arms are going to explode". After removal of the bands, I maintained the pump without the bands as I continued to workout normally for another 30-45 minutes. This was without taking any pre-workout drinks or supplements as I didn't want to skew my personal use of them. In follow-on workouts, I did try the pre-workout drinks WITH the TAVIEW Occlusion Bands and had even better results. I like the product and would definitely recommend it to those looking to get into BFR/Occlusion Band usage for a reasonable price for a quality product. In the photos, the weights are mine, they were not part of the product being reviewed, but I included them for size reference of the bands themselves. Hope this helps. :)

Almost Ideal
4/5 stars for only one reason: when wrapping tightly, the rectangular buckles tend to warp diagonally I think if they'd used circular ones instead it wouldn't cause this issue, but I could be mistaken Other than that, can't be beat for the price. The bands feel durable and not cheaply made, they perform the advertised function well enough.

Fabric is soft but still firm. Adjusting isn't very challenging. Seems to be a good size ratio for arms and legs
