This is a genuine review, I'm always suspicious, aren't you? There's good reviews whereby I think 'oh yeah and how much were you paid to say that?' But I can tell you this is genuine.I've tried deep heat and it's OK, but it tends to burn like internal combustion and once under the skin t can't be removed and deep heat also reddens the skin and it stinks!Enter BIOFREEZE and in a word it is Brilliant.I have arthritis in the lower 4 vertebrae due to a horse riding accident in 1973 when I was thrown from a galloping horse into a tree trunk in the centre of Epping Forest miles from anywhere. I sustained a broken back and 2 slipped discs and have been in pain ever since.I have had various forms of therapy, Bowen, Osteopath, Massage, Reiki, Spiritual Healing by International Healer Matthew Manning and I must admit he did provide relief for many years, but as time went on I developed what can only be described as a toothache like dull thud in my left leg from the buttock all the way down to my foot.I tried so many things to alleviate the pain and everything was short lived. Matthew Manning has moved down south and out of my reach, so as Biofreeze was recommended I tried that.I know that the leg pain is just a symptom of the athritic vertebrae so I rub the lovely minty green gel onto my lower back using vinyl gloves to protect my hands (as I get eczema there) and the lovely frozen feeling beds deeply beneath my skin and the pain just evaporates from my leg. For a reason I can't explain I do not get any pain in my lower back, it just causes what I term a dead leg but I know that the leg pain radiates from the arthritis in the vertebrae.I have used Biofreeze for a while now, I prefer the gel. I did use the spray at first but squirting that behind me I could not always aim it correctly and believe me, there is a part of the body that one does not really want to have frozen, if you get my drift, with a bit of spray gone awry.I would say I'll continue to use Biofreeze however I have since discovered CBDfx multivitamin gummies for women and after just 3 gummies in 2 days I feel ALIVE! Not only alive but also pain free.So I recommend both these things for those with athritic pain, they both work brilliantly, so I guess it will come down to price for the gummies are 3 times more than the biofreeze but in a month they will last longer.Remember this is a genuine review, but if the companies that produce the biofreeze and the gummies wish to pay me, then I'd gratefully accept with thanks.

very easy to use and has a cooling feeling

I used this on the base of my back as advised and it helped me get through the day.

This stuff works well and is long lasting, much better than deep freeze. I prefer the gel to the roll on, seems to be stronger, or maybe I just use more. My only criticism would be the price, as it's more expensive than alternatives.
