UPDATE 2: JOLOJO realched out again and refunded my original purchase. Added another star for great customer service. Hopefully they fix these screen protectors. UPDATE: The seller reached out to me and offered a replacement. Well sort of. They gave me a 99% off coupon, so it still cost me $0.18, but basically free. They said since the UV light they provide is so small, you need to hold it in place for 3-5 minutes to fully cure the LOCA and prevent it from lifting. So last night I pulled off the old screen protector and applied the new ones. Since I now had two of their UV lights, I used both at the same time. I seriously spent about an hour just curing the LOCA with the UV lights, holding them in one spot for several minutes before moving on to the next. I went over each portion of the screen protector several times, for several minutes, just to make SURE it was completely cured. Last night I was again very happy with the results. Then I woke up this morning and one of the lower corners is already lifting and has developed a large bubble. So incredibly disappointed. A waste of time and $18.18. I upgraded my review to two stars since the seller reached out to me, but I still can NOT recommend this screen protector. The LOCA is too weak and it won't stay down. I LOVED this screen protector. For a day. Then starting on the second day, a bubble formed on the edge and started spreading. Same with other side. Now both sides have completely lifted. This occurred on both protectors, on two different Note 9s. I followed the instructions and had a perfect install. It really seemed like an amazing deal and a great alternative to the Dome. The glass is very durable and no touch sensitivity issues. The oleophobic coating is lacking, but that's par for the course. I would've given 5 stars, but with it lifting off the screen, it's now useless and will be replaced. I can not recommend this screen protector for anyone.

This screen protector was very hard to put on and very messy the glue only lasted 3 days before the screen protector started to peal off

I cannot really comment on the durability of this screen protector as I have just applied it. That being said, of all the tempered glass protectors out there I would say this is the most aesthetic looking one right now. Most of the protectors that are currently out there are not full adhesive and give either newton rings or the sides have huge air bubbles. The glass I received from my purchase was not a PERFECT fit so there are some imperfection gaps on the edges. However, it is probably the nicest looking tempered glass I have tried. It is messy as hell and the online instructions are mediocre. My strongest suggestion is when you are applying the glue make sure it is one HUGE dab to avoid any kind of air bubbles. You will have to tip your phone around to make sure the glue spreads evenly. However, this creates other problems by spreading the glue unevenly. It's quite a task , but does look pretty good at the end. If they are able to provide better fitting pieces of glass then it would probably 5 stars. UPDATE: WILL BE TRYING AGAIN - 1/3/2019

It is ok to install but the glass is not perfectly flat because after you lay the glass on the screen there are sections that get lifted so you have to keep pressing the glass against the screen while curing it with the light and a slight movement will cause the glass to slide around. After just few days the edge starts to get unglued and it looks like a bubble now.

Messy but overall would say easy to install looked and felt like original screen only down side was it broke on the first drop but could have just been bad luck...will be trying second screen protector...

The price on this screen protector is awesome compared to the other competitors. The instructions may seem to be lacking to some. However, reading other reviews for similar products I did a few extra steps to try to get the best results. 1. Be sure to allow plenty of time before starting. In the end, I spent just over an hour to get this process done. If I did it again, I'm sure I could do it quicker as now I know what to expect. 2. I masked off certain parts of the phone before I started. I did not want any glue to get into any areas it did not belong. I also removed the Pen. 3. After you pour the glue on and place the screen protector on, be very careful not to nudge or touch the screen protector. It will move very easily, especially when trying to wipe the excess glue away. Masking off areas from point 2 helped with that. 4. Be sure to check for any bubbles before curing. I did not do that and ended up with a VERY tiny bubble in the middle of the screen. 5. The area where most of the time should be allotted is the curing of the glue using the UV light. I spent approximately 5 minutes in one area before moving on. Reason for that is from seeing how others had issues where the screen protector started to lift. To assist me in applying the UV light, I placed the phone in the plastic packing that came with the screen protector. I then was able to arrange other objects around the phone to help keep the light in place so I did not need to hold it. I also used a USB extender to have a longer reach with the UV light. Conclusions: I waited to write a review because I wanted to give time to see how the screen protector does. I’m glad I did. Here is why: at first I would of rated this 4 out of 5 stars. The reason for that is the difficulty with applying the screen protector, and the minor bubble. However, I now rate this 3 out of 5 stars for the biggest reason below: After about 2 weeks, the sides started to release. Over the course of the last 2 months, they have almost released all the way down. Now I am not sure if it is because of a flaw in the screen protector, or maybe I did not get the sides with the UV light well enough. (see point 5) With that being said, the screen protector still works regardless of the sides not being adhered. Also, you only really notice this when the phone is off. What saves this product for the 3 stars is the price and you get 2 protectors. I will eventually try again with the second protector when it bothers me enough to do so.

The product didn't come with clear instructions. I used the web site recommend but it was no better for installation. Their customer service is very good. They responded quickly with my complaint and issued a refund as soon as it was shipped.

This screen protector came with directions that were so badly translated they are illegible. It didn't come with enough glue it never spread to the bottom. I finally got it to stick all the way down and the spent a very long time curing it with the uv light. Before the end of the day all the edges pulled up. Also, the protector doesn't go all the way to the edges. It leaves a sharp edge on the curve, unlike other protectors I have used. This is my second brand of uv protector I liked the first but can't find it again but this one was very disappointing.
