Used this to clean my 14th floor apartment windows. Magnet is strong cleans very well if you are able to get some cleaner on the exterior of the window before you get this onto it.

It took a minute to get used to the movement with the magnets but didn't take long. It works much like cleaning your car windshield. Once you get used to it, it was relatively easy. It will take some strength because of the magnets, so may be harder for some. Some streaking left behind on the first window I did, but as I got the hang of it, the other windows turned out great. Not the cheapest when you come to thinking about cleaning windows, but its also not something I'm going to do every week. For what it costs and cleaning the outside window every month or two, I think the cost is okay. However, you're really buying the device and magnet. If you really wanted to, I'm sure you could figure out how to get a reasonable cloth between them in place of the pads and still clean the window without replacement pads. Tip: Once you've cleaned a window, don't throw away the first pads. Just turn them over. They likely aren't so dirty on the backside that they're unusable. 1 pad (in each place) worked for two windows when flipping them over after cleaning the first window.

Keeps separating when I’m the window, and not because the window is too thick, but because it’s has a major design flaws. To engage the magnets you have to file the knob, which seems like is just releasing magnets one by one to stack them together. To disengage however you have to tilt back, which seems like is restocking the magnets back. Working on a vertical surface, you don’t have to do much, and just by sliding the pieces, the magnets get stacked back (as if you tilted to disengage) and the pieces fall… Also mine came dirty and it has been used.

I'm on a high 2nd floor and my double-paned window is difficult to get to. I finally bought this thing with fingers crossed. It's challenging to use (at least this firs time), but it worked! The outside fell off 4 times, which was a double-drag for me because the outside of my place is metal!! So it stuck to my building's wall, every time, but I always managed to get it back. One Star Removed: The instructions show the sponges already in place - they are not. Not a big deal, except (1) it's easy to do the pins wrong: you have to push the pins in place until they kinda pop, and (2) after a few sponges fell off during my cleaning I found that *rotating* the pins 90 degrees (once already in place) seems to lock them! Nowhere does it say this. Also, I gradually discovered that pressing against the inside tool helped the whole thing flow better/easier. It should go better my second time now that I know a couple kinks.

I clean new construction houses and I needed a solution for second story houses that I cannot reach on the outside. This product seemed to solve my problem. I understand the concept, but the technology isn’t 100% there yet. I am still left with streaks, the product is bulky and wonky and I have to move slow because if I pick up speed - or I want to work fast - the exterior magnet falls and the sponges come off. And I waste time and energy to walk all the way down stairs and get it and put it back together. And walk all the way back up. It does a good job soaping it up. It’s the final cleaning that you really have to get used to it and learn how to move with it so you don’t get streaks.

I admit - I was really skeptical when buying this but after using it for the first time today I’m a believer! This thing is fantastic - instructions are badly translated but it’s actually pretty intuitive to put together - I like that it come with extra pads and rubber squeegee pieces if originals wear out - it does require a little practice to become proficient and it’s helpful to remember that the black squeegee should always be on top but once I got the hang of the back and forth movement it really did a great job! I have hurricane resistant windows that get a lot of salt spray from the ocean and this was my only option on the 11th floor - I used the level 5 setting and as long as I didn’t go too fast the two pieces held together fine and the safety cable was secure just in case I dropped it - overall I love this thing and would highly recommend! FYI - I used another Amazon product called Squeegee Off as my cleaner and it really worked well to get my window clean in one pass so you my want to check that out as well.

Although the product is good but, had few issues using it. The magnets are too strong and can break the glass if not known how much power setting to use for each glass type. The string attached is metal like wire which is tangled easily. The cleaning sponge keeps on falling when magnets are detached. I wish the sponge covers the whole area instead of just 4 corners and the string is of some different material. I found it very hard to use

Zeer sterke magneten. Kan zelfs op dikke ruiten gebruikt worden. Er zijn 3 setjes wisserpads bijgeleverd (zijn eenvoudig schoon te maken). Door de driehoekige vorm kan je in alle hoekjes en kantjes komen. Vraagt enige gewenning maar wij hebben de wisser nu een maandje in huis en het lukt al aardig om alle ramen van ons appartement op de 4de verdieping schoon te maken (zonder ladder of ...)

Produkt zupełnie nie spełnia swojego zadania. Magnes niby silny, ale zewnętrzna część non stop odpada od szyby. Szyba nie dość, że nadal jest brudna, to teraz jeszcze jest porysowana..

We have double-glazed, thick windows (around 2 cm) that can’t be opened, so this product is a real lifesaver. The windows were very dirty and had white stains. The best way to use it is to start with the sponges (water mixed with detergent), then let the windows dry. After that, use a regular glass cleaner and only the squeegee, without the sponges. For double-glazed windows, strength level 4 is sufficient.

…this item is leaving me peacefully satisfied. If used correctly, you’ll have sparkling windows. My balcony was left neglected for 6 months, with desert grease and dust built up, I considered many options, fortunately this one paid off!! I just cleaned 28 metres square of balcony windows in less than 30 minutes, and they are seriously clean!! Use a bucket with a little dish soap. The idea is to use the water and soap as lubricant for the device to slide and clean at the same time. Just brilliant. Thank you!!

Ho un’impresa di pulizie e mi capita di pulire vetrate impegnative e difficili da raggiungere se non con ponteggi o piattaforme, personalmente non ho mai creduto a questo tipo di prodotto ma dato il costo ho voluto provare.. devo dire che il risultato è veramente professionale (in relazione a questo strumento specifico). Alcune accortezze: immergere le due pati in una bacinella e applicare il detergente (detersivo per i piatti) uniformemente, fare movimenti dolci e lineari seguendo lo schema riportato. Lo strumento in se è di piccole dimensioni e inizialmente potrebbe sembrare deludente ma in realtà è molto efficace, se la superficie è molto sporca o estesa basterà ripassare più volte risciacquando i panetti in acqua pulita.
