Very Well Designed
The main complaint from other reviewers is that it seems flimsy. I'm a shade less than 200 pounds and it has performed flawlessly. I have used it at least ten times and, yes, it bows a little, but it's rated for 330 pounds. Well constructed metal structures do bend without breaking. I once witnessed a large passenger jet being stress tested by pulling the wing tips up toward the center of the plane and they didn't break until the tips of the wings were about 45 degrees from level - search youtube for "plane wing stress test" to see examples of this test. This ladder is designed to flex without breaking. Keep the ladder at the recommended angle and it will do the job as designed and rated without failing. It's easy to extend and compress. It has a strap and buckle to keep it compressed when moving it. All in all a most excellent ladder.

Decent buy if you need something compact.
This is a pretty good ladder for the price if you need something that is compact and easily portable. I got it because I don't have much room to store a more standard ladder of a similar height. It's easy to move around for one person and is stable. It does have some give to it when fully extended but if you're not moving around a ton on the ladder it's not an issue. The telescoping system is really easy to extend the ladder but sort of a pain to shrink back down.Pros: Relatively well-priced. Easy to store. Lightweight.Cons: Telescoping system is not the best. When extended, ladder does have some bend to it.

Great Ladder
Giving this 4 stars. I really like this ladder. It is perfect for what I use it for; climbing into the attic. I don't have the pull down type, so I bought this ladder just for getting into my attic and other indoor things. Only reason I took away one star, the ladder it kinda flimsy when climbing up it. Makes you feel insecure like it is going to bend in half. Also, watch out not to wack a finger when lowering it. The steps fall fast when you pull the tabs.

Amazing Great Buy! Very safe and effective
Stores away easily, very safe, collapses from the bottom so keeps your fingers away from the retracting telescoping ladder Rungs. Aluminum, has a little flex when fully extended but keep it tilted at 75 degrees and always stand in the center of steps and you will be ok.Has a strap to keep it locked when not in use so kids wont play with it. PERFECT!!! For getting to an attic crawl space or top of an RV. This one extends 10.5 feet and holds 250lb. EXCELLENT for my quick ladder needs, and saved me $850 installation of a attic ladder install.

Better than I expected (included picture next to other stuff for scale)
This is exactly what I was looking for. Needed a ladder to get to my attic, change some lights and clean gutters. Im not doing any heavy duty work, this ladder works perfectly for those that need to do some occasional work around the house that requires it. Im 190lbs the ladder handles pretty well. Love the locking mechanism is very sturdy and how the design seems to take everything in consideration. The best part is...its super easy to store and completely forget is even there!

Not as substantial asa expected, but does the job well.
I expected this to be weightier and feel more substantial. It's very light. It has held up well so far and I've had no issues, so I suppose the lightness is a benefit. Love the telescoping feature. Makes for easy storage and carrying. Totally reccomend.

Great product for tight spaces!!
I purchased this product to access my attic entry. The product is very easy to expand and collapse. This product deserves 5 stars, but is very wobbly when fully extended and being used by someone at the top of it’s weight range. Great product for tight spaces.
