Works great with Pixel 7
I have an Audi A5 and this works great with my Android Pixel 7. It plays music but does NOT charge the phone.

Doesn't work with my phone.
It won't pass audio: 2015 Audi A3 Premium Plus Sedan connected to a Samsung Galaxy S10. The car recognizes the adapter and allows selection of "External Audio Player," but unfortunately no sound is heard.

Initial reaction -- it works!!
So far, so good, connected and it works. Just ordered another for my Passat... update 1/23, it didn't work -- Passat uses female RCA plug for audio in. SO... a return and the search continues.

Does work
This cord does not work and I was not told ( it's in my boyfriends car) until after the return window. Very disappointed.

Excellent!
Works perfectly in my 2015 Audi Q7. Plug it in to the MMI system outlet, plug it into your phone, choose “Other” when the prompt pops up on your phone, and you’re ready to go!

Know what you need...
We messed up and did not order what we needed and we are unable to make the cable work. A lesson learned. The shipping response was great! User Error!
