Ordered these for a foreign holiday and boy am I glad I did. There's nothing worse than sitting round a pool, knocking back the cocktails then feeling last night's local cuisine knocking on your back door ready for a swift exit. After a rush back to the hotel room and an explosive visit to the loo I decided to give a sachet a try. Chuck in a glass, add some water and give it a stir. The powder dissolves easily and actually tastes alright. After about an hour or two, you can really feel the effects. No longer are there concerns of a follow through, but peace of mind! Very effective and a high quality product. My guts could not recommend highly enough.

Works perfect to rehydrate the kids after bad tummy issues. I warned my 11 year old it probably won’t taste nice and he said he loved it and wanted more 😂 my 17 year old also loved the taste.

Brought these a few times off here. They are great for hydration, easy to use, just pour the power into water and it dissolves easily. If you like blackcurrant these ones are for you and it has a nice taste to them

I’ve tested them after some heavy nights and they seriously take the edge off. I drink one before bed and another in the morning - makes a massive difference. I’ve been in a proper state before, feeling rough as anything, and these have genuinely turned the day around. You still know you’ve been out, but you can function like a normal human instead of being glued to the sofa. Wouldn’t be without them now. Taste isnt great but you get over it!

Several years ago while on a camping trip in a remote and extremely arid area, I developed a migraine headache and could not shake it for over 24 hours. A camp mate over heard me describing my discomfort to a friend, particularly the feeling that I was constantly thirsty but it seemed like water was just going right through me. Dioralyte contains: Sodium Chloride 0.47g Potassium Chloride 0.30g Glucose 3.56g Disodium Hydrogen Citrate 0.53g Silicon Dioxide Saccharin Sodium Blackcurrent Flavoring I would never knowingly buy anything with saccharin in it. Potassium Chloride is a common form of potassium found in many vitamins. It is also one of the three ingredients in the lethal injections used in executions. In vitamins it is limited to 99mg for this reason. You certainly can make Independant choices. I wanted to provide information that might be helpful as you make this decision.
