Would recommend
Worked as expected, used just about over 1/8 for one gallon, and it worked perfectly well! Better instructions for those that are making a gallon or two would be good ! Otherwise 5 stars !

TITANIUM Rennet Tablets These are really great and exactly as requested because we tried many other tablets but these were the best My wife made several types of white cheese using these tablets and they were the best for making white cheese specifically

its hard to get the amount necessary to use small quantities of milk
if you are using large quantities of milk then it should be ok but I was only using a gallon, it says to use a 1/4 of the tablet but that made the cheese taste bitter so I tried with a smaller amount, it was hard to get it bc i had to keep cutting the tablet which is btw very crumbly. I wish it came in a smaller tablet for smaller amounts of milk. I will buy the liquid rennet next time as it is easier to dose in small quantities.
