I’m a long distance runner and have tried all the usual recovery suggestions—rest, ice, compression, elevation, massage gun, foam roller, stretching.However, long term tightness in one leg had me researching why stretching was not helping. I stumbled onto scraping and though skeptical, decided to give it a try.I had NO IDEA that I had knots in my quads and calf muscles!!! I was so surprised! I had so much relief in such a short time. Well, scraping has now become part of my recovery routine. I researched videos on how to use it and that helped me get started.I carry it in my gym bag to use before a run if I feel soreness or tightness around the knee. That along with foam rolling increases my mobility a lot.I’ve also used it on my neck muscles. I didn’t realize that I had knots on my shoulders—probably from hours running.I wish I had found this years ago. I definitely recommend.

Bought for home use as a PT and this works great for IASTM

Would recommend if you have any fractures or leg / foot ect issues of any kind great PT used on me an helped alot

This Gua Sha tool is perfect for what I was after! I am a beginner and this tool fits perfectly in my palm, has a good weight to it with a bevel that gives a firm edge without being too sharp. Feels cool and heavenly on the face and I can use this for body massages and it is compact travel/kid friendly! Love it!

. My favourite tool for fascia release to help recovery and push harder at the gym. Pop on a movie and massage, love the shape, smoothness and finish. The rounded edge is perfect. Amazing tool !!!!
