Best shoe ever (from someone who goes on hours long fast pace walks)
These are the perfect shoes for walking to get fit. I have high arches, perfect cushioning. The company redesigned this shoe from the old, which I had for a few years and even though I don't love change, I love this new design. The new design is more lightweight and more cushion. I bought 2. One for walks, one for outings. Please use the shoe guide to measure your foot for the perfect size. This is not your average shoe. Trust me, you won't regret your purchase.

Rocker bottom
The media could not be loaded. Update but original review just after: 6 months later. Still love my black ones. Use them to cook in. Or stand around in. Keeps weight iff low back so helps with squished disk. Bought the white ones for my daughter-in-law and they are like silver white they are gorgeous . She uses them at the mall because her back pain and at home. She loves them. Be careful going up and down the stairs the first couple times to you get used to them she says . First review: Definitely similar to the shape ups but I found these to have more cushion on the edges in inside. Much more comfortable than Skechers. I almost returned them immediately because they felt too tight especially on the top of the toes but I wore them around the home for an hour and they are so comfortable. They stretched out just enough perfectly!!!. I have been wearing them around the home for a couple weeks and love cooking in them because my weight is not on my heels and not hurting my lower back. I have deep carpeted steep stairs and I have had zero issues running up and down them with these shoes on. I was concerned about stability but no issues. Stable shoes. I wouldn't use them for jumping jacks😁 I am surprised at how comfortable they are and how quickly they stretched out just enough. I would not return without wearing them for a couple of hours. I return most of my shoes because they are not what they claim. They are usually stiff Etc. I don't know if these would hold up to power walking on asphalt or trails but they do seem to be of good quality. I am loving mine at home. I did wish it had a bit more of a rocker bottom but am finding that they're more comfortable with the more give to them then the Skechers. These are much better than skechers.

I bought this for foot/back pain
I didn't buy these for "toners" so if your looking for a review on that, go ahead and skip this. I bought them because I have multiple tendon issues in my feet and also back problems they are similar to "rocker" shoes recommended for people with various foot issues. When I first got them I felt like they were the most uncomfortable things I ever wore, my feet were hurting worse 5 min to wearing them, and within 10 min had to take them off. I tried them a few times and ended up tossing them in a closet and went back to my regular tennis shoes. But a month later I ended up with a new foot injury on the other foot (my feet in a word, are messed up lol). So I decided to dig these out of the closet and try to break into them gradually. After about 3 days I was able to wear them for almost half a day, by a week I could wear them a full day and by the end of the 2nd week I could wear them going for 1-2 mile walks with the dogs, after that they seemed VERY comfy and became my main daily go to shoes. They did seem to alleviate alot of my foot problems, and to my amazement did help ALOT with my back. They are (for me anyway) a bit harder on the knees then regular shoes.Eventually you get used to the "off balance" of them and don't even notice it anymore. That said, I would not recommend them for anyone with balance issues or the elderly who have stability issues. But for the average person, you shouldn't have any trouble in these. That said my one big gripe is how slick they become when wet, and you never know what surface they will be slippery on, and while many shoes out there can have this problem....you have to keep in mind since there is no "heel" basically on these, if you start to slip and your foot is going forward and your falling backwards..there is NO heel to help you grip and you will just continue that fall. While I have NOT fallen in these (have owned them a year) I found out very early on walking on the deck when its wet (or even damp from dew) is a major no no. They seem to grip wet pavement ok, grass is 50/50. One time I was visiting my uncle in a nursing home when he spilled his drink on the floor....obviously that is going to make a slick surface for any shoe but while trying to clean it up for him it was a NIGHTMARE for me to try to keep my balance in these and not fall on that slick surface, it was so bad I thought about taking the shoes off but I didn't fancy getting my feet soaked then having to put the shoes back on...so I just dealt with it. But if your hospital worker or waitress and you are in a setting where floors can become wet.....you'll need to use caution in these shoes.Again, these were mainly intended for workouts and using outdoors on rough surfaces...and for that, they are fine. But if you plan to wear them as your daily shoes, you'll need to use caution on certain wet surfaces. I would for sure NEVER wear them when there is a chance of ice or freezing glaze on the ground, you will be flat on your back in time. They are made well, and due to their shape tend to make your feet look very small which is a plus for most of us ladies lol. :D They have outlasted most of my other tennis shoes by a LONG SHOT. I still purchase regular tennis shoes for the off day I don't feel like wearing these, I have already gone through 2 pairs of those, these still look brand new.

Good for a Cheap Shoe
I have worn MBT’s and Ryn shoes for years and they have saved my knees. On a recent trip, a pair of my Ryns exploded on the plane and I was desperate for a pair of shoes with a rocker bottom because I was going to be doing a ton of walking. I bought these because the looked like they had a rocker bottom and they were cheap so I hoped they’d do. I normally wer an 8.5 in tennis shoes (8 in shoes) but the 8s fit fine. The shoes are a little narrow in the toe box and the underside is not nearly as round as it looks. They are also very lightweight — not a lot of stabilization like I’m used to. But, for cheap shoes, they worked out fine. I walked all over the place for five days and my knees and back didn’t hurt. Probably won’t be my go-to shoes but I wouldn’t hesistate to wear them again or throw them in a bag for a quick trip.

Switched from Shape Ups!
Like other reviewers I only wore shape ups, both for comfort at work (bartending on a cement floor) ,and better posture which stopped knee and lower back pain. After buying these due to the exorbitant price and limited availability of shape ups I can honestly say I wasn't settling for something similiar, but rather find them to be more comfortable straight from The box!Prior to this i always had to break my sneakers in gradually wearing them for longer and longer intervals . I have ingrown toenail that often made new footwear incredible painful until I broke them in. I put these on and was amazed! I'm headed to a 12 hour shift with no worries and brand new sneakers! If you're searching for replacements for shape ups at a great cost, don't hesitate ! Another bonus is that these seem to have better arch support. I would buy these over shape ups any day!

bad
great if you want to walk on your heels! I have had another brand like this and I will go back to them. Feels cheap. I hate them and I can't return
