Your Business Recruiting Secret Weapon!
This isn't my first rodeo. The length here may throw some people off. Believe me when I say if the book was B.S. I would say it. But it wasn't. David William's approach is something you have never seen before chances are. I been involved in a couple of businesses in the past. I remember before the internet age hit postcard marketing was viewed as must have/go to tool for practically everyone regardless of what their business was. Fast forward to 2014 and everyone is online and you are being bombarded with seo, social media and attraction marketing promotions 24/7. Facebook, twitter, youtube and google adwords are no longer secrets. You competition knows all about them to. If people are honest with you they will admit a lot of online marketing tactics don't work as well as they used to. I still market online because of the potential. It is hard to ignore millions of eyeballs. The audience is getting more sophisticated day by day. It is becoming harder and harder to push a product or service online.I'm always looking for an advantage. After Reading David Williams book I can honestly say I found one. Postcard marketing has been kind of abandoned by the masses. The masses are being taught social media. If everyone is online promoting on social media platforms and sending emails (nobody reads be honest lol) this means nobody is in the prospects mailboxes. THIS IS A HUGE OPPORTUNITY FOR YOU. Today your prospect may have received 50 emails but chances are they only received around 1-5 pieces of mail in their box. In this situation would you rather be in the inbox or the mailbox? So in essence this is a true example of observing what the masses do and taking an opposite approach. None of us have the connections required to be the first in on a new internet trend that will make millions (it is a pipe dream). With postcards you can buy a custom list of people who are likely to buy your product/join (your niche) the business and you can be the only one in the prospects mailbox while your competition is pontificating on facebook LOL.I plan on buying all of David William's books (Do this you will thank me). He has some interesting thoughts and approaches. You need everything you can to gain that advantage. It may sound selfish but I don't want the herd to buy his books. This method is wide open without all the online knuckleheads saturating the thing...

Useful, but not wonderful
I like that the book is short, direct, and to the point, but I didn't find anything new here that I haven't learned elsewhere. This is a great method for people who don't want to do initial contact prospecting by phone, but you still have to call and follow-up with the person to see if he or she received the card and go from there. It is a great ice-breaker method, but it is cheaper just to call the person on the phone to begin with and direct him or her that way instead of spending money on direct mailings that may or may not get a response (especially if you are just starting out and don't have the money to spend on direct mailing materials). You also still have to buy/rent prospecting lists. He just recommends not using MLM opportunity-seeker lists, in which I agree. Get a list of people who have already bought something similar to what you are marketing. It was an okay book, but not one I would recommend buying. It is better to borrow it from the library.

Postcard MLM
This author had me at 'feed up with online leads'. I have been scratching my head trying to find other sources of leads - I have given up on all of the so called 'real time, online, or internet' type leads. I did look at postcard marketing before, but they were all either 'in your face' lifestyle images that were insulting to get, or, text on card stock that will never get read. Mostly sold by someone was just trying to get me to buy a $250 system, or $100's of dollars worth of post cards. So, this book was not only refreshing, it was inspiring. It discloses a practical plan for 'how to post card marketing' with everything I needed to get started, from where to get cards, what they should look like, how to fill them out, where to get lists, how to deal with list providers, how to get started with low or zero budget, and on and on.Totally practical, do it yourself. I wonder if my upline got a kick back on those crappy leads he had me by online? Forget it. This is a plan, if you would like to go offline, here is a way.

I like David Williams and his approach to this business.
This is a great book that can really help you understand how to use direct mail for prospecting and recruiting in the network marketing industry.Very sound advice and solid information on how to go about it. Makes real good sense when so many people are focussing on working on line, to go into direct mail marketing and actually get some genuine response. Direct mail marketing approach can be costly and you can easily throw money to the wind, so its important to equip yourself with knowledge such as is shared in this book to give you some good conceptual ideas on how to go about it and succeed with it thru direct mail. I like David Williams and his approach to this business. He is a very natural and gives a well grounded plan here for finding more business thru direct mail. This book is really worth ready if you plan to invest in direct mail marketing.

Postcard marketing for the network marketer
This is strictly a 'how to' book. I have purchased most of this author's MLM books, and each one is practical and to the point. I think this one is just perfect for those who are looking for a way to generate leads from 'offline' methods.I knew about postcard marketing, but never done the way Williams's teaches. Like most of his stuff, its rather different, which is why it works. I'm not going into the method here, but I can tell you I can see why the message on the card gets read and acted on. It is a easy to duplicate method, and there is a 100% chance your recruits will want to use the same method - its a good hook to get then into your program too. Its a easy to follow book, a quick to the point read, and very well explained. I have a few downline that really need something like this. He includes the messages as well as how to deal with prospects on the phone, and where to get mailing lists.

You think you know about postcard recruiting?
Extremely interesting and easy read! The notion of doing what everyone else is doing... although doing it differently. I found this book and Williams' ideas simply a better way to engage, prospect and prosper.
