I read my reviews before purchasing this product. I was skeptical because i have been dealing with horrible indigestion for over a year, after going to doctor, it is due to weight gain and stress mostly. I also started getting Rosacea a few years ago. After changing what I ate, I was still getting flares up of Rosacea and indigestion. I decided to try this product, after reading some of the reviews. I have been taking it for almost 3 weeks. I am blown away. My skin is clearer, and my indigestion is almost none existent. The times I do get indigestion, its manageable. So manageable that I havent been taking heart burn pills for the whole time I have taken these pills. And I notice now I get heartburn when I stressed out. It sheds a light on how much our gut health matters. This is just my story and results. I couldnt be happier with the product.

I knew I had some GI issues...difficult to go. I know, too much info but since most reviews only mentioned it helped with their diarrhea, I thought it important to mention. No more issues. No side effects, no bloating or gas. I am even tolerating foods that used to make me pay when I ate them like pinto beans, which I have always loved. Obtaining a balance of good flora in the GI tract has helped.

My mom and I have struggled with acid reflux and other issues, so I did research on probiotics. I found out most ones out there give WAY too much or not enough. The key is absorption. Since they know much will not be absorbed, they put extra to overcompensate. This one has just enough. The prebiotics help to absorb. My mom and I haven't had acid reflux symptoms since we started taking this.

I've been having digestion problems for some time and tried a bunch of solutions including other probiotics. This one was the first to really work and works quickly which I guess is the prebiotic. Not many others have that and I like not having to refrigerate and start seeing results after just a few pills. Will continue on it.

Didn’t notice a difference, some capsules were busted open.

This product was causing a build up of histamine in my system. I don’t think it is gluten free.

This teally helped my GI system straighten out to normal. Strongly recommend.
