Amazing service, prompt delivery, excellent communication, 5 star seller As for the product it is performing amazingly. This afternoon I had Bluebeam Revu, Amazon Music, Chrome, Sky Go, Outlook, Excel and File Explorer all open at once and the CPU was not even at 20%. RAM was at 35%. There is no delay, Lag, flickering or any fault I can find at all so far. I even have a 3840x1200 monitor and it takes everything I can throw at it in its stride. Admittedly I am not a gamer but I'm pretty sure that it would be able to cope with most games out there. The only drawback is no CD drive but I got over that quickly after seeing that the whole PC is smaller than my WIFI router! I really cant understand how something so small can be so powerful, and silent as well. As in other reviews you have to pay the customs duty but this is refunded promptly, make sure you keep the duty payment confirmation email/receipt though. Cant recommend enough Very happy customer :-)

Runs silent and cool Comes with activated Windows 10 Pro which I assume is OEM and tied to the hardware, but that's fine for the price. 256GB m.2 Sata card is quite fast and 1TB HHD is as expected. I bought the mini PC to carry it to multiple office locations who had monitors to match. I use thesystem with Superior product No fan no noise Ribbed cover dissipates heat even in a tropical climate perfectly I suggest to order with 512 Gb SSD as 256 Gb turns out to be to small if you numerous Apps and AppData runs out of space

How quiet and fast, brilliant

PC was dangerously hot and kept crashing with constant reboots. Clearly had never been tested as it crashed as soon as I opened up a standard stress test application. The heat alone would have given me concerns. After several days wasting my time trying different things I returned it to Amazon & purchased a mini PC from a trusted UK manufacturer instead which is what I wish I had done originally. Due to the heat issue I would be concerned Amazon are even selling these. My return was handled through an Amazon bot & there was no relevant response after I mentioned this which gave me the impression they have little concern over safety issues.

Bought this a couple of years ago. The PC now keeps crashing and restarting very frequently. Luckily I had some vital data in it and JUST had it backed up to a different disk. Not very reliable!!!

The setup was easy with Windows installed, no licence registration etc It can dual screen project and is just simply brilliant Its my 5th computer for the office Just buy it. It comes in a variety of memory combinations, just pick what suits you Best D

Perfect for general PC for work, browsing, streaming etc. Powerful, silent and fast. Nothing not to like.

I bought it for general computing and occasional photo editing in photoshop. After having read many problematic amazon reviews I was however beginning to wonder if it was the right choice but decided to take the chance since it is hard to beat on price vs performance - now that it has arrived I am so glad I did! None of the issues raised in the reviews have materialised in my case at least: 1. The computer arrived in a few days and it is flawless - precisely as specified. 2. An ordinary (Passive) displayport to displayport cable worked immediately at 4K resolution with 60 kHz refresh rate. 3. The windows 10 pro version is installed, correct and activated. 4. I automatically received an email from seller in Hong Kong advising me of the windows license key. 5. The administrator account was easily modified to reflect my data. 6. All relevant lights are clearly visible and the unit is never more than lukewarm to the touch. 7. I haven't been contacted to write a positive review (or any review at all...). The only glitch was that I received a power cord with a uk plug although I expected a continental plug - fixed in 5 minutes and cost 2 Euro. Oh, and it's true there isn't any documentation but really none is needed - simply plug it in and you are good to go! In summary; It is well made, completely silent, very fast and arrives ready to work.

Je l'utilise en :DAO/Programmations divers/Jeux /tableurs et autres bureautiques et cela sur deux écrans dont une TV Samsung 55'' 4K et moniteur HDMI.J'utilise la sortie DisplayPort 1.2, avec un Plugable Adaptateur Actif DisplayPort vers HDMI 2.0 de (supporte des affichages Jusqu'au 4K / 3840×2160 à 60Hz) Pour le Streaming c'est que du bonheur , une image fluide lumineuse une latence très réactive. L'OS=WINDOWS 10PRO en français avec aspect Win 7!!! les utilisateurs comprendront. Produit A la hauteur de ses prétentions!!!! Un produit prêt à être utilisé en Bureautique voir en BE pour une utilisation en DAO 3D! Il tourne Non Stop depuis quelques jours sans broncher et sans ni bruit, ni chaleur excessive! L'appareil fonctionne très bien, rapide et silencieux. Je l’ai reçu tel que décrit. Par contre j’ai été surpris de constater qu’il provenait directement de Hong Kong.

My unit has less than 1 week of use for regular small business computing. word, excell, internet research and parts buying. Not stressful usage. Now the graphics card or driver pooped out. Can jiggle the gable and sometimes get a screen for 2 seconds then out again. Not worth the headache in my opinion
