If you get pinched nerves or soreness and tightness in your neck or shoulder area I recommend this product. I had a pinched nerve in my neck that made pain radiate in my neck down to my elbow and chest area on one side. Nothing was working to alleviate any of the pain after months of suffering. I did a lot of research and found the stretches to help as well as different forms of traction in the neck area and this product was recommended as a unique form of neck traction. There are many brands on the market and they vary in price greatly. You don't need anything super expensive. This inexpensive traction device worked and basically was the same as the costly devices. This is what helped my pinched nerve the best. After using it for 4 or 5 days I could already tell there was a big difference in my pain level and after one month the pain was all but gone. I only wished I had found this earlier. I was in horrible pain for almost 2 months before I found this device. It was a game changer. I would recommend this device used for 15-20 minutes 2-3 times daily, heating blanket, stretches designed for neck pain and Infrared lighting. I was completely amazed that after all the different treatments, medications, and exercises to help the pain, nothing worked faster and easily done than this very simple device that anyone can use without the possibility of injuring yourself further. Within a short few days the change was more effective than anything my doctor could help me with. I am grateful after nights of no sleep because the pain had gotten so bad during the day that by time it was time to sleep the pain was radiating through my neck,arm, and shoulder leaving me unable to sleep. If you are suffering from a pinched nerve or pain in the upper part of your body including your neck this could be the device that ends it all permanently by traction on your neck to un pinch the nerve and alleviate the pain. Once the nerve is no longer pinched the pain is greatly alleviated and in my case the pain was gone. This device is under $15 and it saved me from an unknown length of time in excruciating pain within days of the fist use. Now if I feel any tightness in my neck or shoulders I will use this device to halt the chance of another pinched nerve. As you can imagine I could not recommend this device more highly.

I got this to help my neck and it seems to be very good quality. It has nice. Felt it pumps up for other well and the air release is good. Also, I saw no real issues and there were no holes in it. I would say that it was a very good price if you bought this you got the better deal.

Horribly designed product. If you use the Velcro connectors, it pushes against the front of your throat, literally choking you and causing pain. My throat hurt for a full day after one use. There needs to something like a firm semi-circular plastic piece to protect the front of the throat...and that would enhance the effectiveness of the product The real mechanism is the elongation of the neck vertebrae so as to relieve pinched nerves, and that is achieved by the upward pressure exerted on the back of the head, and side (jaw bone). If you DONT use the velcro connectors, then the traction and upword pressure is compromised and you are left with a useless product. Garbage.

This is my second one - recommended by my chiropractor to help with my c curve neck pain - I use it when my shoulder blade muscles are hurting/burning from being on PC too long or doing other things that cause those muscles to tighten. Put it on and can tell the difference in a matter of minutes. - Helps keep neck muscles from getting too tight and helps should blade muscles relax. - Enables me to schedule fewer chiropractor appts. Allows me to help myself - Love that I can walk around and do whatever I need to do. Does not restrict me to a chair/bed. - Gave one to my sister as a present because she has shoulder/upper back problems. She likes it too. Told me her grandson uses it also when he comes over to visit (he is plays video games all the time) Cons: None on this item yet. - Previous one ordered from amazon but not sure it was same seller, the bulb used to pump it up cracked (I'm sure from overuse) after some time. Item was still good but could not get air in it anymore to pump it up. Called the company and they said they did not have a replacement for the bulb. I had to buy a new one. I failed to google for a replacement part.

Una maravilla para aliviar el dolor de la hernia cervical que tengo grave . Después de tan solo 5 min, pude girar más la cabeza a los lados. Quita dolor de cabeza también al aumentar la circulación de sangre. Lo probé en una consulta de acupuntura que usa la médica china siempre antes del tratamiento. Un milagro en mi vida después de tanto dolor. Eso sí, es solo un apoyo, hay que seguir haciendo los ejercicios especificados. Darte antes de usar con una pelotita de masaje con pinchos donde te sientes agarrotad@, ya hace un completo y mejor resultado todavía. Lo súper recomiendo!

I personally cannot understand the negative reviews, I can only assume that others were unlucky and got faulty units. This is actually my 2nd purchase of this product, having had one that lasted me several years before, but finally fell apart due to heavy usage. This is such a cheap and effective cervical traction device, that provides quick (and absurdly cheap) relief from neck compression problems. Note: in summer/warmer months, the device is less practical as sweating and heat build-up etc makes it uncomfortable to use, plus wears out the material faster.

j'avais lu quelques avis négatifs sur ce genre de produit mais j'ai tout de même décidé d'acheter. arrivé rapidement. bon produit, fonctionne bien et contre toute attente, après plusieurs mois d'utilisation il est toujours bien fonctionnel et n'a pas de fuite ni déchirure ! Je me demandais, peut être que les gens qui se pleignent de ce produit le donnent a jouer à leur chien ou chat, puis s'étonnent qu'il ne fonctionne plus.... Donc pour être clair, c'est un bon produit, il suffit de bien l'utiliser. Soulage très bien les cervicales si vous l'utilisez bien (donc ne pas gonfler trop fort car pas bon pour votre cou dans ce cas).
