I bought 2 of these. One for work and home. Overall does what it's suppose to. It's a mousepad and wireless charger. I recommend using a USB power brick (not included) instead of USB into the computer. On a USB 3.0 an iPhone XR I got between 5-7% in an hr and on my Samsung S9 6-9% in an hr. On a power brick I can fully charge both in 1.5 - 2 hrs. Quality wise I'm a little concerned as my one at work as started bow a little. Not quite sure why. While the other has not. Other thing is the wireless charging coil is very small you have to make sure your phone is in the exact right spot. There's been a few times I set it down quickly thinking it's charging and come to find out its not. Overall I would buy again.

My wife uses it at work for her Samsung Galaxy S7. It has a thin case but the charger still works just fine through it.I've read other reviews that complain about the slow charging. It may not be the fastest charger out there, but it's faster than another wireless charger we have. The mouse pad charger is powered with a 120v plug and a DC adapter. I think that others may be using lower power USB ports on a computer to charge and that's why they're experiencing difficulty.The mouse pad, although not the primary function, is a nice size and finish as well.Either way, I would recommend this charger/pad to any interested.

I wanted to love this product because of the ease of use and the mouse pad material (my mouse glides across the smooth texture), however, this product fails at its core functionality which is charging my device.The charging feature is spotty at best, and I have to place my iPhone in the perfect position for it to start to charge (presumably due to a small charging coil). This isn’t so bad as I wouldn’t mind having to properly line up my phone on the charging pad each time, however, once I have it placed on the coil, it often stops charging at random times (when I haven’t even moved my phone). The fact that it will just stop charging my device means I can’t really use it for a charging pad.I’ve kept this product for the mousepad because the material really is great for moving my mouse, but the charger is a bust.

I bought this mouse pad along with buying a wireless mouse so that i never had to fidget with wires or batteries. Unfortunately there is no indicator light that its actually working and my mouse did not indicate it was charing while on the pad and it eventually started dying. So the one that I got didn't work, at least for my mouse. This product might work well for most devices but unfortunately not on my mouse. when I first put this to use, my phone would show charging but it was extremely slow. I later read that this requires at least a 5v/2A adapter for it to charge properly. The charge area is smaller than I expected. The phone has to be in a precise spot to charge. Other than that, this is a great mouse pad and it does charge the phone. I would still recommend this product,, just be sure u plug this in a fast charge usb power source.

But just didn't have the unph to charge my wife's Galaxy S8 through her otterbox. Phone registers that it is charging, but in fact the power level goes down over time instead of up. We used the same quick power adapter that came with the phone, just didn't get there. Nice quality and rigid design to let the charger hang out over thr desk edge which is what I liked, but had to return it.

Best mousepad EVER! Having the ability to lay my phone on the mousepad and it is charged up is wonderful! Imagine the convenience of having wireless conference calls, hands free. I put my Ipods in my ear, lay my phone on the mousepad and conduct my conference calls with ease! Highly recommend this product!!!!!

Super convenient and has enough room for us to design with the mouse and still have our phones charging. You can find this elsewhere cheaper but it came fast and is in perfect condition vs waiting for it to ship from China.
