===updated review (2019)===I did speak w/ a lady from Genestra/Seroyal and she confirmed that did change their formulation. It used to be a translucent brownish color and I believe she said they used Vitamin C as a preservative. They changed to formulation which now has glycerin and xanthan gum, which I guess what makes it viscous and hazy white. I much preferred the original formulation which had no carbohydrates, and I'd use it while fasting. This one has xanthan gum and glycerin, which probably don't have many carbs, but it's not zero. The Genestra representative did say the mineral content was the same after they reformulated it, so it's definitely still a good product. I'll leave it at 5 stars since it's one of the few multi mineral liquids which states all the minerals and their concentrations.===updated review (2019)===The color changed from a transparent brown color (which makes sense since it has Iodine in it) to a cloudy milky white color. It also strongly smells of citrus, but it didn't really have much odor before. And, it's a bit more viscous as well.I'm ranking as 1-star cuz I'm wonder if the might be counterfeit product. I have a call into Genestra and they are going to get back to me and let me know if this is a fake, or if they've reformulated their product. I'll update this review when I rec'v that info.===original review below (2018)===Recommended by my naturopath doctorGenestra seems to be one of the few brands that will actually listen ingredients, and the concentration of each ingredient. That alone, in my opinion, makes them stand out from other brands. My naturopath doctor recommended this brand since my gut was not absorbing minerals very well.

Not really happy with this, they seem to have changed it. I’ve purchased this a couple years ago and it was a slight orange liquid, tasted good.This is pale, has had a thickener added, and left my mouth weirdly dry.Realize it’s probably just personal taste, but I wish I could send back for a refund.

This product seems to answer all my mineral needs.

Great blend of minerals. Not too much of one as in multivitamins yet seems more than just trace. It is easy to mix in with smoothie.

This is a great blend of minerals. I add a little to my son's apple juice and he has no complaints.

My naturopath recommends this for my kids. They haven't been sick this entire flu season!
