Only 1 minor flaw
It’s not really a flaw but certainly something experience has shown me. These will bend as you pound them into the ground with a rubber mallet. (Not the straight part of the peg) but the curve at the top. So when I pulled them out of the ground, my tent line was hooked to the peg until I could pry it open with a screwdriver. So, moving forward I will still use these because they are very rugged and durable, after pounding the into the ground I will attach my tent line with a carabiner.

Not what they used to be.
These used to be stronger and thicker, now they are noticeably thinner and just don't feel as strong.

Strong and sturdy
These are heavy duty and arrived very sharp. Been using them on grass in areas that can be rocky at times. They are very easy to stake into the ground because of the pointed tip. Was amazingly easy when they were new but the tips have dulled a bit over time. Had an issue with 1 where someone must have hammered from a bad angle and the loop closed up a bit but I was able to bend it back out. Overall strong and sturdy and do their job well.

Not as advertised or reviewed - Worthless
I used these stakes for the first (and last) time to secure a 2 person Coleman tent. I was in a campground where it had recently rained and the ground was actually much softer than usual. I did not encounter any rocks while driving the stakes in with a standard tent stake mallet. These stakes are twice as thick and a good 4 inches longer than the stakes that come with the Coleman tent, so they took a few more mallet swings than I would normally take, for obvious length and width differences. Before the top of the stake even made it to the ground level, the head started to bend inward at the point where you connect the tent loops. By the time the stake was in the ground, that gap was gone. In the ground the tent never budged so all good in the ground. Went to remove the stakes and had to use pliers to separate the head to make a gap again, so that I could remove the tent loops. Now the heads are all bent out of shape. Finally, 1 of the stakes in the photo is bent in the middle of the shaft, no rocks were hit so not sure why 1 out of the 4 I used bent. All in all, these are not as strong as advertised as they will bend while driving them into the ground, all at the head and in my case 1 in the body. Waste of money.

Great value
Very sturdy. Planning on using with wratchet straps. Did not bend when hammering into gravel campsite.

Worked great for Christmas inflatables on rocky ground
We have a couple of very large Christmas inflatables. The ground where we locate them is hard and rocky, and I've never been able to get plastic or aluminum stakes pounded in without damaging/ruining most of them. These, however, are made out of what appears to be iron rebar, like used in concrete. We got both the 'strong' and 'sharp' versions of this same brand, cand both worked great. In the future I'd stick with the other 'strong' version, because I have to pound the hell out of it with a small sledgehammer to drive it through the rocks. These 'sharp' ones, which are thinner, tended to sustain more flattening at the head from all the force, although all stakes worked without issue. Finally, after *years* of searching, I found stakes that work in our area. Highly recommended.
