Upvc Door Bottom Threshold Rail Kick Strip 850mm Long Aluminium Silver

The item was perfect for repairing a damaged threshold and has saved buying a complete new door and frame.

I was very surprised when the product came and it was basically a alloy strip and 4 screws ! There is no rubber seal on it which it did look like it had one on the picture so I felt it was a little expensive for what it was ! But it did the job of repairing the bottom of the uPVC door and as it was the only one I could see on the market I did not have much choice !picture

We were worried we would have to replace the whole uPVC door frame when the bottom tread became damaged- this trim saved the day! Easy to cut to shape with a little hack saw and glued into place. Doesn’t look out of place with the white frame.

my french doors have recieved alot of use and a small crack on the door lip where it gets regularily kicked by my children as they enter and leave was starting to form. Looking for angled metal to cover the lip with the right shape for my doors was hard to find. these were perfect, fitted easily with a small cut to size and double sided carpet tape to secure. been in place for a few months now, seem to be doing the job just fine and as expected.

Very expensive for a single strip of metal. Picture is deceptive as it leads you to believe this is more than one piece.Screws not good. It is already coming loose.

There are not many of these on the market. Does the job well to protect threshold.
