Mild sweet flavor, almost unnoticeable. (i find it so mild that it nearly doesn't effect the flavor, but increases palatability of distilled water.) if you stir it for 20seconds it absolutely dissolves in distilled water, I use a shaker bottle.It has been roughly 24 hours since i have received the package, I have yet to SEE physical results; but, I have just finished my fourth portion of the 4 portion per day Loading Phase, and I feel significantly more hydrated. (4, 8oz servings with KagedMuscle CreaClear VS 6-8, 8oz servings of various drinking waters)(disclaimer, I am just expressing: vague routine changes; and noticing: less desire to eat/drink based on stomach urges, food cravings are normal, lips are less chapped- despite the "chappy" winter breeze)

This is by far the best creatine I’ve tried, there’s complications like stomachache or diarrhea typical side effects of creatine, I have insane stamina in all my workouts (they even became more intense and longer due to the stamina increase) and after 2 weeks of consumption I saw a great increase in strength and short recovery periods. This is honestly the best creatine you can buy today!

This is the first creatine product that I was unable to detect the creatine in the water after I used a shaker bottle to shake it up. It doesn’t have the sandy gritty texture I’ve experienced before. It also had no significant effect on the taste of the water. If you choose to stir the creatine with a spoon instead of shake it, it tends to clump together and form stringy gooey pieces in the water, so I would recommend a shaker. Using this product and a high calorie diet I was able to increase my weight from 152 lbs to 162 lbs and also greatly increase my strength in the gym over a three and a half month time period. I am a newcomer to the gym so my progress is in part due to that, but the creatine definitely helps, I noticed an increase in strength and reps when I started taking it. I would recommend this to anyone wanting a less noticeable creatine product.

Def get the bigger one of this if you're trying to bulk. Im on my second one and should have just paid a little more to get the bigger jug; just me being skeptical. Ive gained a lot of weight which is my intentions quick with this product in my daily regimen. Ive bought a few creatine products(naked, KM C-HCI,BPI) and yeah this does not mix easily but follow the instructions or just one hand it and chug some water. Will def buy again...

Great creatine product have been using this specific brand for a year now. Love it doesn’t bloat me, or make me feel pudgy, simple and clean, usually throw it into my pre or one of my shakes daily. Would recommend to all friend and family

What I like about this is that you can add in your preworkout drink, post workout shake, and any time of the day in between. It’s not going to make you bloated for sure. Once it’s in the mix, it’s going to be crystal clear...best creative supps!

I’m in the loading phase now with no side effects that I’ve got in the past from other creatinine mono hydrate products. No stomach issues at all !!I will comment back with an update as I move along with the productThank You Kris!!
