A good sailor suit for a costume
I purchased this sailor suit for a production of Anything Goes. It fit well and was perfect for the show. I was just a little disappointed to read that the directions recommended that it should not be washed. We did rinse it out and the fabric was just fine so it wasn’t a problem. I would question purchasing it if it needed to be washed often.

For a bagged costume it's not too bad and I didn't have hat fitting issues like others ...
I wanted a simple costume that would look goofy on me and this definitely did the trick. For a bagged costume it's not too bad and I didn't have hat fitting issues like others have complained... and I have a large head. Some people were confused because the front chest patch says "U.S.S. Enterprise"... which I'm not sure is a purposeful Star Trek reference or not. Anyway, it was great because I could wear comfortable clothing underneath!

A little disappointed
Great fit and boyfriend looked GREAT, but we’re missing the neck tie 🙁

Great Costume
I wore it for a Spartan race costume. Fit just fine and looked real enough except for the huge USS Enterprise stencil on the front and red stripe, but its a costume. The white didnt hold up so well in all the mud but I knew that would happen. Bleached and washed and ready to do another sailor spartan race

Neckerchief is too thin
Looks OK other than being a bit bigger for my small frame. The neckerchief is too thin which makes it harder to tie a square knot for me.

I Recommend This Costume
Great costume. Used a steamer to get wrinkles out. Material is a little see-through, so I wore clothes underneath. Pants were a little more snug with other pants underneath but they still fit and it wasn't uncomfortable. Got lots of compliments. Instructions say only to spot clean, but I put it in the washing machine on a delicate cycle after I wore it and hung it to dry and it's still in perfect shape.

It was what I expected
When the largest size they had was XL, I knew I would just have to go with it. For me the top was to small and the bottoms were to long. I expected as much when reading the sizing charts provided.

Missing a piece
Product came missing the tie! So sad as this is for a costume party and I have to return and reorder?

Did not have the tie as stated. Other than that it was well made of great material.
