Blood tests show no, zero, absorbtion
I have tried Superiour Source vitamin C that is said to dissolve and absorb in the mouth. My blood tests showed "0" vitamin C levels. I bought injectable Vitamin C. Then my blood tests showed Vit. C in the standard range, detectable and normal. I switched to Frunutta Vitamin C "under the tongue instant dissolve tablets." I took 3 - 6 a day for three weeks. I had my blood tested for Vitamin C levels. Again "0." I am injecting vitamin C again. I have a disability that has all but robbed me of my ability to eat. Now I question all sublingual and oral-dissolvable nutrient supplements. Talking to the lab at Superior Source and talking/emailing with EZ Melt personnel, no one can supply ANY clinical data to prove absorption of their products. Sure, they dissolve quickly, but so what if you still have to swallow them despite being touted as sublingual and/or as not having to swallow, etc., in order to get any nutrient value out of them. I have tried to contact Frunutta, but I haven't been able to. What puzzles me is that for ~ 3 years I relied on various brands of sublingual vitamin C pills, including Frunutta, and never developed signs of scurvy or any signs of Vitamin C deficiency ... yet my blood tests show way below the standard range of <0.5.

Great vitamin c
Easy to take and good flavor. It helps a lot with my allergies.

Bitterness
It's easy to disolve. However, the bitterness is extremely intense that my jaws are cramping when I take the tablet. Therefore, I had to buy Vitamin C capsules.

Absorbs well
I have Gastroparesis and my systems doesn't absorb nutrients well. I was taking Vit C capsules and my C level plummeted to near scurvy levels! I switched to this and now my levels are high again.Great supplement.

Great way to get vitamin C
I take this vitamin C so it dissolves under my tongue and doesn’t cause upset stomach on a delicate GI tract.

Would purchase again
It was a little sour, but overall the flavor was ok. It was sort of like a cherry/orange flavor. The thickness was too much to dissolve a whole pill under the tongue. I just bit it in half and let each half dissolve under my tongue.

Tolerable but not the best
I love this vitamin brand, but this is my least favorite vitamin I’ve received so far. The taste is tolerable but fairly sour. They aren’t super quick to dissolve and become very fizzy. Plus it’s a decent size pill. I’ll finish the bottle, but probably wouldn’t these specific ones again.
