Thrilled with this! I am a healthy 70+. However, stiffness has plagued me. For some reason, this simple combo appears to be practically an antidote to overall soreness. What a difference! I'm taking one each day.

I don’t know if it’s just typical of this product.. but why does it taste so bad?? Tastes like a tire fire.

I highly recommend trying this brand. I work in the healthcare industry and I’ve taken these in conjunction with zinc, vitamin C and vitamin D supplements and they work great. If you’re looking to boost your immune system, this is a must! Look up Zinc + Zinc ionophore. Yes, I take them as a homeopathic anti-viral and so far they’ve worked great! As with any supplement, check with your pharmacist/physician to ensure you won’t have any adverse reactions caused by previous medical diagnoses, or medications.

I felt like this did a pretty okay job, got me through my show I performed in and kept my vocals mostly in tact. It’s hard to give an unbiased review though bc I was also using lozenges and other vocal remedies
