Works great. 2014 Ford F-150 super crew
I have a 2014 Ford F-150 XLT super crew with the 5.0 engine. I was having poor performance with my A/C system when the temps got to 85 degrees and up outside. Pressures was good and I had 1.5lbs of freeon in my system. Fans came on and compressor works. I replaced the expansion valve and now my A/C blows about 20 degrees from the vents. Waiting for the temps outside to get in the upper 80s to see if it still doing its job. So far I'm happy. I do feel a difference. Much colder. 👍

IF YOUR FANS STAY ON HIGH SPEED WITH AC REPLACE THIS
Title says it all. My truck sounded like a jet engine when I turned the AC on and the fans would slow down about a minute after turning off the AC. If you have this problem it’s probably this valve
