As others have stated, what you get does not match the picture. The picture is a genuine Nespresso part. This is clearly not genuine. Misleading.However, does the job

Good fit for Nespresso milk frother 3594
The headline of this product says it is for a specific Nespresso model, but then in the specifications it mentions that it is also for model 3594. I have the 3594 model and I can confirm it fit just fine.

Doesn't fit properly
Bought this to replace the original that had got broken. It doesn't have the Nespresso logo on the top, no Biggie. But the rubber seal is too thick and the lid doesn't stay on. I just use it without the rubber seal.
