Lowa Men's Renegade GTX Mid Low Rise Hiking Boots

Took a gamble on these buying them on the strength of reviews and I wasn't disappointed. I have been using them for a couple of months and use them most days for dog walking sometimes through some very wet muddy fields or long wet grass. So far they have kept my feet dry and are easy to clean. Sizing is good, I average a 5 1/2 in most shoes and 5 1/2 in these fitted perfectly. They are probably the most comfortable walking boots out of the box that I have owned and I thought some of my other ones were pretty good. They are light, the soles are thick and grip well and they are very stylish. Very happy with them so far.They came directly from Germany and I was a bit worried about the cost of returning them if they didn't fit but they came complete with instructions for free return.

I needed a good pair of boots for dog walking and these bad boys kept popping up on various sites I have to say I made the right choice these boots are so comfortably, I literary took them out of the box and wore them straight away no breaking them in, they are just so comfortable they feel like your wearing sketchers yes that comfortable expensive BUT you get what you pay for. fantastic boots highly recommend. these boots are rated best boots around for the price so if you are looking for a good pair of walking boots you will not go wrong with these superb boots lovely fit keep your feet warm and dry.

These are very comfortable boots and I’m sure they will last me along time. The only negative thing I can say is that I think they come up very small in the sizing. I’m only a UK size 7 but I had to buy a UK size 8 to get the right fit. A size 7 and 7.5 was way to tight. It’s worth trying them on in a shop first!

These are the most comfortable boots I have had in a long time, I walk around 8 miles everyday and they offer support, comfort and protection when hill walking. A bit more expensive than in the shops but the shop didn't have my size.

I have wide feet and found these far too narrow for my normal size. Had to send back which I was gutted about because they look lovely!

Used these boots for regular 6 mile+ walks on a variety of terrains, including the occasional Monro. Very comfortable straight out of the box, although I needed an additional in sole to get a perfect fit. Completely waterproof and good grip in most conditions. Only concern is with the life of the sole. My first pair last 18 months before the sole was worn through at the heel. I reckon I walked about 300-350 miles in this time. Leather uppers look like they would last another 5 years easily. The vibram sole can't be replaced on this boot because of the construction, so I've bought another pair.

Ich bin begeistert, nicht nur optisch sehr ansprechend auch Tragekomfort ist sehr angenehm und gut.Rutschfeste Sohle und ein hoher Schacht gibt einen stabilen halt.Weiter überzeugt der Preis.

Na ja... Etwas enge "Leichtwanderschuhe". Schuhe für den Stadtausflug oder die kleine Wanderung mit dem Hund. Fallen sehr klein aus. Mit etwas dickeren Wandersocken besser eine ganze Nummer größer bestellen. Die Vibram Laufsohle ist hier der größte Kritikpunkt. Extrem schnell abgelaufen. Geht gar nicht. Viel zu weiche Gummimischung. Trecking mit diesem Schuh nur bedingt geeignet. Nach knapp einem halben Jahr bzw. ein Winter, Tag für Tag (ca. drei Std. pro Tag) mit dem Hund unterwegs und komplett verschliessen. Kaufe ich nicht noch einmal. Für das Geld bekommt man bessere. Gar nicht zufrieden.

I love these boots. I ordered the size 8. My left foot is a bit wider than my right. It is a perfect fit on my right foot however my left baby toe was a little squashed. Otherwise, I wore these hiking and found them to be extremely comfortable and supportive. I imagine the left toe area will stretch a bit with time as the boots are made of leather and nubuck. Left baby toe a little sore after two hours of hiking but nothing serious. I was wearing thick socks so I will try with a thinner wool sock next time. Highly recommended for serious hiking.

Ich habe als Frau Schuhgröße 42. Lowa ist der einzige mir bekannte Hersteller von qualitativ hochwertigen Wanderschuhen, die Damengrößen über 41 herstellen, so muss ich mit einem schmalen Fuß kein breiteres Herrenmodell tragen. Der Schuh sitzt sehr gut, ist robust und sieht auch noch gut aus. Meine letzten Lowas hatte ich 10 Jahre, bis sie schließlich am Ende waren, doch bis dahin habe ich sie geliebt. Sie sind wirklich wasserdicht, ich habe warme, aber keine schwitzigen Füße und einen sicheren Tritt auch in unwegsamem Gelände. Danke Lowa!

Der Schuh sitzt gut und lässt dich auch angenehm tragen.Leider sind nach einem halben Jahr gebrauch (wöchentlich ca. 1x) jetzt schon die Schnürsenkel gerissen.Ebenso sieht man am Leder (trotz Pflege) auch schon ordentlichen Risse.Für den Preis einfach zu schlechte Qualität. Keine Kaufempfehlung.

Kenne die Firma schon von früheren Bestellungen, die Schuhe sind zwar nicht billig, aber super Verarbeitung und sehrhaltbar. Die Letzten hielten 10 Jahre! Nur empfehlenswert.

Ohne "Einlaufen"...direkt losgelaufen, keine Blasen, kein drücken.Guter Halt. Im Winter gekauft...schneetauglich.Mal schauen wie er im Sommer sich bewährt.

Der Schuh passt wie die Faust auf Auge habe ich immer an im Alltag und nicht nur zum Wandern habe mir 2 paar Bestellt. Kann ich nur Endfelung

Der Schuh ist in Wirklichkeit dunkelgrün. Das gefällt mir sehr gut. Verarbeitung, alles ok.

Ich trage die Lowa Renegade bei meinen regelmäßigen Wanderungen im Allgäu. Dabei geht es über Stock und Stein, querfeldein und auch auf hohe Berge hinauf. Die Schuhe bieten hohen Tragekomfort bei sehr guter Stabilität. Mein letztes Paar hat über 10 Jahre gute Dienste geleistet und kann diese Schuhe guten Gewissens für jeden Hobby Bergwanderer empfehlen

Not as wide as a normal wide shoes..but they are very confortable and as they are in leather, they stretch enough to fit well. And they are very light.
