Thunderstorm Roll On Perfume Oil, 0.33 Oz, Long-Lasting

the scent is... interesting I was looking for something like refreshing petrichor , but this one smells like plant juice and some muddy water. It does give off thunderstorm/petrichor vibes, but I think it lacks heavy ozonic notes Also, the scent is not sweet at all, which is a plus.

It sort of smells like bleach. Sounds odd, but I love it. Reminds me of a freshly cleaned pool or my grandmother who cleans with bleach often.

Smells like the earth after rain. Wet soil and a cloudy sky. I bought this because I was interested in Petrichor. I saw people suggest this as a better option and its wonderful. Very grounding.

This oil smells EXACTLY like that wet earth after a rain smell. It's absolutely INTOXICATING. HOWEVER...the scent literally only lasts about 10-20 minutes and it's GONE! I wanted so much for this to be a long lasting scent but, it's not. If the scent lasted longer (as an oil is supposed to) I'd try to give it 6 stars instead of 4. The scent itself is unmistakable and smells EXACTLY like that petrichor smell we all love. So disappointing this didn't last.

Holy Water is a wonderful earthy scent. Reminds me of Petrichor with a slightly odd hint of cucumber. Problem is, the scent is barely there and doesn’t last. Doesn’t last at all. Within 15 minutes, it’s very hard to detect on my skin, if it’s even there at all.

Thunderstorm smells good. Good, not great. And it doesn’t smell like a thunderstorm to me, it’s an unusual smell but a pleasant one, nonetheless. The big problem I have with it is; I bought the roller applicator version of this scent and I applied a generous amount to my wrists and back of my neck and less than five 5 min later I asked my gf to smell my wrists and neck and she smelled… nothing. I smelled my wrist and the scent was…gone. I was disappointed but learned an inexpensive lesson.

I know everyone smells things differently due to association, to me this smells like the white and green parts of a watermelon rind- but not the fruit or juice. It's a slightly sweet damp vegetation smell, and it also smells slightly of camphor (think Vicks but not nearly as strong & no menthol or eucalyptus) That said this is not a muddy earth smell. It doesn't smell of soil, more a pleasant vegetation type of musk, or closer to wet concrete sidewalks than wet dirt. It does not smell like grass either. I love this scent very much and bought it to layer with other scents since I enjoy mixing it up. Definitely perfect for a summer or spring scent. Lasts about 4 hours or so if applied during moisturizing after a shower and allowed time to soak in.

Wow. I love the smell of a thunderstorm so I thought I'd give it a skeptical try. I knew there would be something... "evocative" of a thunderstorm because demeter is amazing at that olfactory manipulation. Combining elements in such a way that you can't remember the scent being the real thing unless you smell the real thing again, such a great trick... but when I tell you that I just put this Thunderstorm on right out of the package... and I smell wet leaves being blown through pouring down rain and ozone & petrichor...all the smells that come out of the ground as it gets washed & slowly saturated... I mean it is wild! If you need to smell a thunderstorm, get this. Either Demeter really got me again, or I just put a real thunderstorm on my pulse points.

Smells like concrete and grass after an early morning rain.

Smell is very subjective, to me it smells like salty air mixed with something fresh like soap. It is very pleasant, but do get a small bottle to try first as it will probably smell completely different to someone else

Ich habe wirklich viele Parfums, teure Parfums, beliebte Parfums (von Tom Ford über Prada bis Chanel ist alles dabei). Das sind auch fantastische Düfte, keine Frage. Was "Salt Air" aber mit mir macht ist einzigartig. Ich habe noch NIE so einen simplen und dennoch komplexen Duft gerochen. Ich bin mir sicher, dass hier sehr viele Stunden in die Entwicklung geflossen sind, damit er so duftet wie er es nun tut. Er ist so frisch und beruhigend zur gleichen Zeit. Er verpasst einem sofort eine wohlige Stimmung. Er eckt nicht an, er nervt nicht, er ist da und irgendwie auch nicht. Atme tief ein und spüre die beruhigende Wirkung. Irre, was so ein kleines unscheinbares Fläschchen beherbergen kann. Wer eine frische entspannende Duftkomposition sucht, kommt an "Salt Air" nicht vorbei. 5 Sterne, ohne jeden Zweifel.

Very nice smell but does not have a lot of staying power. I'd estimate the scent remains for a couple of hours and is light and fresh. Don't purchase if you like heavy scents with longevity. On a personal level I like it.
